Horrible employees. They don’t care about the customer at all. I had an issue attempting to pay at the pump and the “employee” did NOT care at all. I will not stop here again.

I went in there on a whim looking for a cell phone charger. My entire morning thus far had been going horribly. Late to work, no caffeine, no cell phone charger etc. The woman behind the counter was super nice and helped me to find chargers throughout the store and even gave me hints as to what she did to keep all of her belongings organized when she was on the go. In addition to this, a nice guy behind the food counter came out and even google searched what type of charger I needed, and further educated me in regards to all of my options in the store, which closed the sale. In minutes I was on my way, with the correct charger in hand and hope that the rest of my day would get better. I have a feeling that the staff at this store varies by the day. On 9/25/20 at around 11 AM the staff at this store was on point. Nice job guys! :) Thanks Again!

Bad customer service. I buy Newport always she see me over there tu buy Newport I bring my id few time before she know me. But one customer coming first buy Newport she only ask to customer for day birthday and sale like that. When I buy my she ask for id I talk here I left my job she star with attitudes to me i talk her I want speak with the manager she said she going call the police to me. She give the Newport but she refuse to charge the Newport. After that she said I no go sale nothing to you. She really bad customer service. People like that can't work with customer

I went there on 1/23 to get gas. Paid for it inside. Went to pump the gas and it wasn't working. Told the lady inside and she said I cancelled the transaction. I told her no, that it never came on. She refused to put the $20 on the pump I paid for and was refusing to even talk to me as I sat there patiently. I asked her to get a manager and she told me they wouldn't be in until the next day. Short of the story I never got the gas I paid for and the manager she finally called instructed her not to put the money on the pump either!!
