Courteous and professional service.
The warm cookie was delicious
Rooms: Rooms are clean and more importantly smell fresh and clean
Here for work however after working 12 plus hours it’s good to have a clean room and bed
Next best thing to being home
Nearby activities: Lots of good food and drinks within walking distance
Walkability: Definitely mid tier for walking
Biking would be a better option
Food and drinks: An onsite Restaurant is convenient

From my welcome to the hotel by the front desk staff, to their quick recognition of my physical limitations, assistance and a room change with easier shower access, was spot on! The room is lovely. Comfortable bed, all necessary fixtures and a ginormous tv! I have joined Hilton Honors and I believe I have found my new hoteliers. Also, at the Beverly Hills Hotel, on the way to the pool bar I encountered Paris Hilton walking towards me. I bid her a good afternoon to which she responded with a smile. I'll remember this as long as I'm with recall!
Rooms: Updated new looking fixtures and fabric. Bathroom, very modern. Big screen tv, smart too!

The dryer in the laundry room had an enormous amount of lint in the lint filter. Certainly a fire hazzard. The refrigerator in our room was sitting on the floor so we moved it onto the desk, as we are in our 70's and aren't able to bend over to the floor. Only one elevator was operating. For the prices that you charge it was disappointing 😞

This was the best stay of our trip and we had such an amazing room. We were greeted with warm cookies and had no issues during our entire stay. Bed was amazing and no issues with parking.

The refrigerator was making an unusual sound after we checked in I was in and out the rest of the afternoon. Before I went to bed and all the next morning I heard the unusual sound, I notified the representative at the front desk she was gracious and when I returned there was another refrigerator in addition to the one making noice. The replacement worked great however the noisy refrigerator remained in the room until the next morning. There are two elevators in the hotel one worked the two nights we were there. I was in the elevator with another person he told me he was at the hotel about two weeks ago and the elevator was Not working then. My advice is to find another hotel. It’s a Double Tree Hotel in Name only!
Rooms: The furniture is old and the refrigerator made noise all night. They brought me another refrigerator however they didn’t remove the noisy refrigerator!

My flight was cancelled so I had to rebook my reservation and Nate was incredibly helpful with this. I used a third party to book my reservation and he reached out to them for me and really went above and beyond to make my experience stress less. I will only stay at this hotel from now on! Highly impressed and am going to share this will my colleagues.
Noteworthy details: Awesome staff!

Disappointed with the message I had at their Shade restaurant. Steak was a Hockey puck. Usually the Shade has decent food.

Good for a quick overnight stay near the hotel. Area is not the best would not recommend walking in the evening or alone.

The first night I checked in I saw stain on my bed. I asked for the sheets and comforter to be changed. Came back the next day. Still had the same stain. I would not recommend this hotel. Everything is old, run down, and should not be a hilton.
