Very slow service the sandwiches had masses amounts of mayonnaise and they forgot the cranberry sauce and gravy for the Thanksgiving feast another item was missing bacon and cheese on the barbecue chicken sandwich never again!!!!!

The service was quick. The food presentation is great and the taste is good for stir fry at a sandwich shop. They put a slab of cheese under the chicken, which was annoying.

Our outgoing plane was delayed by a half hour so we decided to grab a sandwich at Bradley that was consumed an hour later on the plane. Big mistake, the grilled chicken No 9 did not fare well after cooling. Our mistake, not theirs. Given the opportunity for a replay, we would consume it while still hot.

I will never purchase another sandwich from the airport location. The cashier was rude and would not add mushrooms to my order stating it must be grilled and cannot be placed on a cold sub. That's interesting because I purchased the same sandwich twice at the beginning of the month.
