The service and quality have gone down and the prices have gone up since they first opened. I suppose you can blame the economy or the cost of living for the price increase, but not the quality of workmanship.

Wow. What a crappie service. Their (free vacuum) was not free. Then they try to over charge you on their washes. No thank you. Never will I be back.

I have never review a car wash before and never thought I would but this place was a joke. The employee at the entrance seems friendly but the price and service done was atrocious.$14 for an exterior only carwash (which by the way, this price is different from the sign they had listed on the billboard right by the entrance). I never been so upset by a car wash before. $14 wasted for nothing. I went in through the drive thru carwash and was done within 40 seconds. 1 light soapy rise and 1 water rise, followed by weak air dry. My car was left water marks everywhere and the bugs on the hood and windshield were still smudged on.

Carlos is such a gentleman and wonderful at what he does. He truly gave me what I like to call the white glove experience. Hands down best customer service and made my car shine! woohoo! Thanks for making it looks so good. I work Uber so it's important that I have it clean. Except Carlos went beyond that, the car looks brand new.. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love going to the car wash. Glad I found Carlos!

Nice car wash to go to if you're in the area. Good staff. Great service. I recommend to keep a watchful eye as work is being done to your car just to prevent any potential problems.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Came from a trip from Niagara Falls and brought two cars. I got the 20 dollar service which didn’t even clean the car properly left a lot of the bugs on the bumper. But that’s not all when I started to clean it my self and went to vaccine because it wasn’t done well enough he refused and said you only payed for the car wash and vacuum which he already did. They then said if you wanted it cleaned do it at home your self. Never have I ever been more disrespectful by a business that meets people all day. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Just had my brand new challenger R/t given the most expensive service and they used a normal rag instead of a microfiber and DESTROYED my entire paint job. Swirling scratches everywhere. When I called to complain they said the manager wasn’t available and there’s nothing they can do. Do not get your car detailed here. Will be back with my lawyer.
