The guys at this AutoZone and most auto zones are great.Today they did an awesome job helping me out with battery testing and replacing my bad battery under warranty.Great customer service and awesome sense of humor.Looking for a blinker fluid refill, they said that they’ll let me know when it’s back in stock :D

My experiences with this location as been mostly tremendous. I think mainly because of the store manager Nicky. She is just a gem. Each encounter with her she always goes above and beyond to ensure all my requests are met. I’ve had instances where she has called to check up on me and my husband. She is a force to reckon with she just always knows what to say to ease a customers frustration. I use to want to stop shopping at that location but with this new manager I will definitely continue. I wish I could give this location 100 stars ⭐️ ⭐️

Please train your employees in customer service skills. Customers should not have to ask 50 questions to get a simple response about availability of services. Your employee sounded like she thought she was granting customers a favor, not doing her job. If she doesn’t like her job, she should change it.
