David was wonderful! There was a problem with VSC light that they couldn’t fix and he sent me to a dealership of my choice and paid to have it fixed!! Excellent customer service his son Moe was also wonderful and everyone in the place was very helpful.! I would recommend anyone that wants to have a good experience at a used car dealership to go see them!

Bought cars from David and Mo within the last several months. They will give you a fair price and take care of you. I wouldn't buy my vehicles from anywhere else.

I finally found my dream car with auto direct after months of searching for it, and i could not be happier. I had a few tweaks here and there the car needed as i purchased before the car could even be properly inspected and detailed, but mo and his mechanic specialist took care of it right away and i could not be happier with both my experience, my purchase, and most importantly, my car itself. They treated me like family, and still continue to do so. They rock! Don’t hesitate to buy from them, and i always recommend mo, he is amazing.

My experience with autodirect was very pleasant. Both Dave and Moe were hospitable and helpful during the purchase of a vehicle from their establishment. Dave responded to all of my questions and calls in a punctual way and Moe is a nice young man with a bright future.

I appreciated the efforts of David and Moe to work with me on my Mercedes ML350 purchase. They were always pleasant and professional to work with, gave me a great price and even arranged for a small dent to be pulled at very low cost. These are good folks, which is rare in the used car business.

Dave and Mo go above and beyond. Respectful and understanding and every car I looked at before deciding was well serviced. Skip the large franchised dealerships if you need a used car and deal one on one instead of multiple managers and back and forths!
