The check-in process was very easy. Mo at the Bradley Airport, CT location gave us exceptional service. He was very polite, friendly and let us know which vehicles in the fleet were newer to best suit our needs. The return process was also very easy.

The staff was super helpful and friendly at the earliest of hours. We had a positive experience with the staff, the vehicle we rented was brand new and clean inside and out. Would definitely recommend renting from this location as it’s right at the airport and convenient for returning and picking up a vehicle.
