This rating is specifically for the pharmacy. I did not get the name of the woman who helped my fiancé we are forever in her debt! She was beyond helpful on the phone with my fiancé while he tried to figure out our dogs medication that was going to cost us an arm and a leg.. maybe a hand too! Without going into too much detail, she not only helped him, but she saved us money that we never would have been able to save without her! Thank you so much to this pharmacist. We will be switching all of our pharmacy needs to this business/location.

I honestly love going to Walgreens, I'm there alot, whether to pick up my medications, or whatever else I need. Vitamins, Pet supplies, hair products, clothing,important Vaccinations, and so much more! And all the employees are great!!

I had to get a covid test prior to an upcoming medical appointment. It was fairly easy to schedule online at Walgreens. You need to go through the drive-thru to get the test done. Not inside of Walgreens. It was very easy, and the pharmacy staff did a wonderful job explaining the procedure. They were very patient with me and so pleasant.

My husband is high risk and found out he has Covid, and is sick. Dr. Called in the prescription over 8 hours ago. I had called like 4 hours ago, the automated told me it was taking longer. I live in Ashford, I stayed in Willimantic for over 3 more hours, and no call. Gave up and came home and called again and asked to speak to the pharmacy . I got a man and explained the situation. He told me it would be ready in 15 minutes! Are you kidding me? I let him know that this was inexcusable. He told me to have a nice night and hung up on me!!!

I called ahead and made sure they had my prescription and would honor the GoodRx coupon. Multiple trips and phone calls later they filled the prescription but wouldn’t use the GoodRx price. They were super rude and unhelpful, I heard “there is nothing we can do” many times, rather than them being willing to talk to GoodRx or trouble shoot to get the price to be reasonable. Never again will I try to fill a prescription here.

I cannot believe my experience at this Walgreens. I went in to purchase a few things and when my boyfriend tried to use his employee discount they couldn't refused to add it to my purchase along with that when asked to just ring us up the manager told us to "lose the attitude" I was speechless. I work in customer service and I've been yelled at cussed at and I would never no matter what tell a customer this. No matter what we are paying customers. Very disrespectful and dissatisfied in this Willimantic Walgreens. The manger should work on his customer service. If I could I'd leave no star for their rating is very below average.

I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for yrs but the last 2 yrs or so I have had monthly problems filling my prescriptions. Today they told me they couldn't fill it because it was being filled in Walgreens ARIZONA. After dealing with that mess I call back and get called RUDE.. No, i've been trying to refill my prescription for 2 days, 6 phone calls, physically ill because I'm out of my medication, and unable to go on a planned vacation because it's 3pm and I don't have my meds. WORST pharmacy and employees ever.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had. Monthly problems refilling prescriptions. Today they took it farther and called me "RUDE". This after 6 phone calls and 2 days to fill a prescription I've had for yrs. Every month with them is a probem.

I ordered two pieces of the same item online and I received the message that it was ready to pickup. When I went to pick the order up, I was told that they only have one item and then, suddenly, the store representative (Michelle, if I remember that correctly) was trying to explain that I actually ordered one. I showed her the order where it was clearly mentioned that I ordered two and she refused to accept that. The whole time she was rude and arrogant and it seems that she does not have very good understanding of the online orders. I refused to pick up the order, but they charged me the cost for packaging. I would avoid this shop and wouldn't recommend anyone to order any online pickup here.
