This store has such a good vibe! The employees are friendly and eager to help. It’s a clean store and well organized to boot! I’ll make sure that this is the Tractor Supply I go to from now on.

I went to the Windham store today. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I came across an associate in the out door area and asked her if they had the first item. She didn't seem too engaged, concerned or helpful. She replied: "I don't know , check out website. When I asked her about the second item I received the same reply. That is definitely not the same level of customer service I have received at other TSCs. I did buy two items for my dog and the cashier asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I thanked her and said yes. Seems like some refresher trading is needed for the floor associates.

I started liking this store, but the rudeness at the counter has changed my mind. I had found some things I wanted and needed a cart. Stopped by the counter to ask where they were. Before I got there the cashier (don’t know the name..heavy-set man) said he wasn’t open. I tried asking, but was cut off twice. The guy barked “ I’m taking care of a customer.” He never heard what I was asking. It was very short and rude. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Every person over 30 in that place was rude to me the guy Derrick said he would return any item for a customer right before me because "he doesnt care" and they call my generation lazy and apathetic. Him and some older women were just rude and didn't even look us in the eye but was more than cordual with the local folks. It just sucks to be clearly treated poorly because you obviously dont fit in with the local status quo.

People that saw my other post . This is Part 2We went to the Windham Tractor Supply .We were greeted upon entering the store by Alissa ,She came over and helped us find the jacket I wanted .We had to order and she was the best !Best customer service!Great personality!Took the time needed !Cared about us !Thank you !I feel like I want to work there .It's all about everyone together making this world a better place .She's a great example of that

Josh is a great guy. He has helped me a couple of times. This morning, he helped me load a safe in my truck. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back to the N Windham store for sure.

Wes discriminated against for being a minority, im not gonna say what happened, but the manager Teresa, should be fired . Made my self and my son feel very bad. Im a army infantry veteran and i did not serve my country to come back home and get this kind of treatment , that manager needs to be fired asap.

Great store I moved to Connecticut about 3yrs ago! Have a horse farm so always in need of supplies and the North Windham store is where I shop! I deal with Alyssa usually and she's great! Always looking to help you if needed should be more people like her.

I’ve been going to tracker supply for two years for items for my house and dog food. As I walked in I was greeted with a snarky attitude by two young female staff. I was then questioned on why I was at the store and what I was looking for ? A young lady staff member was a few feet behind me looking over my shoulder and looked away when I turned around and didn’t asked if I needed help. I am an older female and entered in with my older partner and was not displaying horse play in the store. I’ve never experienced this type of treatment in this store before and felt like a child in which I could be old enough to be these employees mother and I was not dressed raggedy. When I usually come to this location the staff are friendly and helpful but this one event made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope this was just a lack of character judgement on these two employees. Maybe costumer service training will be beneficial to these two young ladies.

Tried to buy a 30 lb tank off the floor, when brought to register, a very inexperienced employee informed us propane tanks were not allowed in the store. Tried to explain it was a brand new. Empty tank off the display on the floor..still met with same response. Manager was called on us after the underling told me she didn't appreciate my attitude. Manager than informed us of the SAME THING? ! How do you purchase a propane tank out of that store?? We left it sitting there telling them we will never be back and the employees screaming at us GOOD as we left?? Really corporate? This is how things are run now a days? All set. I'll take my $140 elsewhere!!

Horrendous service. Tried to get my propane tanks refilled, they said they would send someone right out. After waiting 35 minutes I went back in and was told they were busy helping customers. Apparently I was not a customer. Do not shop here.
