For many years I have known and have been overly excited for Logan to tussle with this hair of mine. I have extremely thick, very long hair, other places wouldn't even come close to the service and care taken with my hair. Every time I leave not only to do I look and feel beautiful, but I feel like I've just spent my 3 hours with family. All of the stylist are professional and highly qualified. This will forever be my salon.

I’m someone who’s always been nervous of getting my hair done, always have done the same straight cut. I went in today wanting something different and Colleen completely nailed it! She was so fun to talk to, gave me some great tips about my hair and was so excited during the process. I’m so happy to have found a stylist I trust, and will definitely be booking with her again!

I really enjoyed my experience at Signature Salon. I had been getting my hair cut waaaaay up in Chicopee, MA and decided it'd probably be in my best interest to find something more local. After perusing their website, I was taken by the fact that Megan does energy healing work when not at the salon and so I decided I would book directly with her based off of that tidbit alone. I'm very glad I did. She was super kind and made me feel wholly comfortable throughout the duration of service. I'm often a bit nervous entering salon facilities because I am *not* a fashionista and I feel that most stylists are very fashion-forward. But, I was never made to feel uncomfortable. I'm probably being a bit dramatic... I don't wear rags, but I'm not exactly trendy.Anyway! I was so happy with my cut. I just needed a trim and lots of layers added and Megan delivered. If I had to guess, it was probably an easy service for her in comparison to all the fancy cuts and colors that are likely requested of her. I will be back again for another trim and layers soon.The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Clean, well-appointed, and with great lighting. You've probably come to expect that of a salon.I absolutely recommend Signature Salon if you're in the area or even if it tacks on a few extra miles for you. I'd like to think my experience is what is typical of this enterprise.Services: Haircut

Was very disappointed with the way my hair came out, as was my fiance. I wanted to have natural red hair and i got dark brown/red. My fiance wanted half red half black, and only got a strip of red. We contacted them and they agreed to give us some money back so we can fix it ourselves. We all came to an understanding at the end and are mostly satisfied with how it got resolved. I guess there was just a lot of misscommunication between all of us regarding their hair redo policy.Service: Hair coloring

Their prices are really good and reasonable. They make sure their clients are comfortable and the whole salon is very clean.
