Was quoted $130 to fix my phone screen when I got it fixed for $70 bucks at some other place. Also the place reeked of smoke. Not something a customer wants to smell.

High quality work at a reasonable price. The technician took extra time with my older model Pixel battery replacement to make sure that it was operating back up to new phone specs. The wait time was more than I wanted but the quality of service and friendliness of the staff more than made up for the delay. Thanks for a great service experience!

After dealing with multiple other companies to try to get my phone fixed. Repair zone helped me out. I have a Motorola Z3 and no one would replace the battery. It's internal and the screen needs to come off. One place wanted over $300 for the repair (which is more than the phone)and they said that they needed a new screen and some new cables to do it. I said I'd pass. I called here and dayvon ordered the battery and said that the screen did not need to be broken and there were no extra wires that needed replacing. He also quoted me $50 and said if the screen does break it was going to be an additional $50 but only if their tech happen to break it was was unlikely. When the battery came I went down to pick it up. The store was busy but I knew one of the patrons so we struck up a conversation. And before I know what the phone was fixed. That was two days ago and I still haven't charged the phone. So I would say well done! If other places turn you down for repairs this place will help you out! Highly recommended by me and my friend who saved $300 on the phone he was looking at as well.

At a time where everyone is trying to sell you something, it's refreshing to work with someone like Bryan Cloud at Verizon/Wireless Zone located in North Windham, CT. I've needed a couple of my devices looked at, and not knowing whether it was going to require a major, or simple fix, Bryan took the time to explain what options I had, and after talking a few minutes, I felt that he was someone I could trust, and when the repair was completed, he did not disappoint. I got good service fron young man in training,, but for some reason in the middle of sale at like 1pm in the daytime (after transferring all my phone data and info from my old phone, they tell me, oh guess what the promotion changed and they upped the cost of my phone without honoring the transaction deal we made. I had samsung 1yr old fully paid S22 note.. The upgrade promotion stated $800 buy back. Then they said now the buy back change to $400. I CALL BULL. Crazy, ike I was almost ready to pay and they pulled that stunt. I asked to speak to manager and he gave me the hustler song and dance. Like sometging like. if virizon doesn't honor the sale he will knock off price of his over priced accessories.$150 bucks they swindled me for 400. Lol, I felt like I was dealing with street hustlers. Anyways, they may very well probably help out a lot of people in area ligit, but for as for my experience, not thrilled. No desire to go back nor would send friends or family there. Hope this didn't happen to too many people.

after calling for a quote I recieved a call back and an email with a estimate for a small crack in my camera lense screen. the entire Windham Verizon and Repair team was happy to assist me in filling out a form and the quote was right on the dot. I highly recommend getting any and all repairs done with the Windham Repair Zone Team. My phone was repaired the next day after the piece came in and was finished in less than 45 minutes.

If I could hire repair zone employees to fix the ECSU wifi I would. They are infinitely more responsive.
