My favorite out of all the pharmacies I've worked with. The pharmacist and staff are kind and helpful. They always deliver my prescriptions quickly and I never have issues getting them filled and delivered. If I didn't move out of town I never would have switched to a different one. I'll miss working with Willimantic pharmacy.

We used this pharmacy a few times to get compounded meds but only recently switched (from CVS) full time after they hunted down something no other store could find.Just got off the phone with them: they took the time to answer all my questions and figure out the best option for my medication, looking up different brands and placing a special order.They have been super helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not like they’re overly cheerful but at the end, the interaction makes you feel more like you’re a person because they seem to care and I am really glad we are giving them our business.

I love that this pharmacy is small. I feel they get to know their customers a little better then the big chains. They are always friendly and do their best to get you your meds on time. They even deliver your meds if you need it. Thank you for the hard work you all do, i appreciate it.

Very wonderful staff here. Always there to help when you have a question. This place has been around for years. Even though the owner has changed it's just as great as before. Fast friendly service. Usually never a wait. Also this place delivers if needed. They have all the remedies you need.

I cannot believe my experience at this Walgreens. I went in to purchase a few things and when my boyfriend tried to use his employee discount they couldn't refused to add it to my purchase along with that when asked to just ring us up the manager told us to "lose the attitude" I was speechless. I work in customer service and I've been yelled at cussed at and I would never no matter what tell a customer this. No matter what we are paying customers. Very disrespectful and dissatisfied in this Willimantic Walgreens. The manger should work on his customer service. If I could I'd leave no star for their rating is very below average.

I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. Hands down the best in the state. Never go to CVS or Walgreens again when you have a gem of a pharmacy like this. Thank you for your dedication to your customers. Your extremely caring and it shows.

This is a great local pharmacy. Friendly staff. They also do compounding of prescriptions which is hard to find in this area. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed let me give a little history I've been going to the pharmacy for 20 years when Bob owned it it was as beautiful as my favorite place to go 10 years ago stuff change different people started to work there I've been getting my mental illness script filled their like I said for years for the last 10 years I've looked at Kelly to have my script filled because she's so responsible faxes to the doctor and make sure its filled. I've never had a problem this weekend was a total disaster I went all weekend with no medication on Thursday I called the pharmacy Andrea answered the phone and told me that the prescription would be filled and I can pick it up the next day the next day my car was in the shop so I couldn't get there by 6 called Gram at 10 minutes to 6 and he said to make sure I was there between 9 and 2 the next day and it was all set come to find out the next day when I get there he didn't even look to see if script was even there at all he just agreed with whatever I had said when I got to the counter Kelly was at the counter Saturday morning and said there was no prescription in the system so that told me that on Thursday when I called Andrea never fax the doctor to get the prescription nor did Graham who is the head pharmacist I am totally disgusted if it wasn't for Kelly that place would fall apart I love Kelly to death and that's the only reason I stay if she ever leaves their I'm leaving and taking 20 people with me I'm totally totally disgusted that I've been going there that long in that was done to me I'm very very disappointed and disgusted again thank God for Kelly i so appreciate her loyalty an dedication to her paitiets kelly is lovED known by all customers im sad. That she is the only one i can now trust again thank you KELLY
