We ran into a bind on a Friday afternoon at a job we were working at. Needed to replace a well jet pump for a customer so they could have water for the weekend. Called and described what I needed and they had it in stock. I went to the Willimantic branch and went over my situation again with the salesman, showed them pictures and walked out with a $800 pump. Installed the pump and it would not work properly. Finally after hours discovered that they sold me the wrong pump for the application. Went back down Monday morning and spoke to another guy that worked there and said he new nothing of the transaction and was really rude to me. Said I needed to speak to the other salesman. Well its been 3 weeks and Ive called numerous times and that salesman will not call me back. I own a local business and will never go back to this company. Awful service and employees.

Do not do business with this company and I am speaking of the WIllimantic, CT location. They ripped me off. My plumber called in an order for a water tank and related materials. The guy sees me drive in with a nice car and jacked the price up by about $300. I was in a bind and really wasn't in a position to shop elsewhere. My plumber called to complain and the guy lied about "getting in trouble" if he refunded me the overcharge when the fact is he owns the shop. I would never do business with them again. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND THEN LIED ABOUT IT. GO ELSEWHERE.
