went to pick up my friends medication. Got a text yesterday that the meds were ready for pickup and on the cvs app said it was ready. Went to pick them up and the guy at the counter said nothing was ready. This is every month. She’s gone a week without her meds. the pharmacist did not care whatsoever and left. the guy at the counter them said nothing is ready we faxed your doctor for a 90 day supply because the doctor only called in a 30 day supply and insurance only pays for 90. This is ridiculous. they need better staff and the pharmacist should’ve jumped in to help. The guy at the counter then proceeded to put his hands up and say jeez calm down. As if it’s not an issue for people to go without their medication. CVS needs to get their app fixed and learn how to have better customer service. it’s ridiculous how the pharmacist stood by and did nothing and they even had a problem giving her an emergency supply which is what should’ve been offered in the first place. VERY dissatisfied in this service. Don’t go here will be going to walgreens from now on!!!!!

Clean store, great staff, and great deals! It’s nice to walk into a store and get greeted with a smile. So many stores nowadays feel empty, with nobody behind the counter and making you use the self-checkout as the only option. This store is great!

As 10/26/23 NO DRIVE THRU due to "staffing issues," meanwhile, there are 10 people in the pharmacy department and 3 people serving the long line inside. WTF? How about one of those people serving the drive thru? I suspect they are trying to bump up their bottom line by forcing the disabled and aged into their store to buy overpriced stuff. I would give zero stars if this allowed me to.

most inefficient pharmacy i’ve gotten my prescriptions through. they never pick up the phone and when they do, they don’t have a clue what they are talking about. when i called to explain they shorted me on my prescription the pharmacist told me to “look around my house better” and that she had nothing better to say to me. useless. absolutely useless.

I called ahead to expedite me husband's post-surgery prescription. It was there; I said I would be there in about 20 minutes. 30 minutes later it is not ready, they ask me to wait. 15 minutes later, they say it needs a pharmacist. One is in the aisle helping a customer find OTC stuff that a tech could do instead of filling prescriptions. 45 minutes and I'm still waiting.

If I can change pharmacy I will but my insurance doesn't allowed. The are always rude there Matt the pharmacist was nasty in the phone to me and told me to go to another pharmacy. Call corporate and make a formal complaint about willimantic cvs is be in 10 long years of problems with them and many mistakes with my prescription. Calling Monday the State commissioner of health and making a formal complaint about them too.

The girls at this store are absolutely amazing! I'm the type of shopper that tries to find things on my own at all costs, before I dare ask for help because I used to work retail and I know how busy the staff can get at times, and I feel bad for having to take them away for silly questions. But I must say that when I finally break down and ask for help, the staff at this store (Including the Pharmacy department) as a whole unit, are incredible about assisting me with whatever I may need. They are very knowledgeable about any aspect of their job and how they can help in any way. They are all very kind, polite, friendly, upbeat, respectful, hard working individuals by far. I appreciate you all so very much, and I want to thank you for being overall amazing people. It's a very uplifting feeling to be able to walk into this store and be greeted and helped by each and every one of you. The world needs more people like yourselves every second of every day. You guys ROCK, and please don't ever change! And I have to add, that they all deserve the utmost positive, uplifting, amazing things in life and the highest rate of pay possible if they don't already receive it. Retail is a tough job to master, and they have nailed it! Again I used to work in retail, as well as being an Assistant Manager who also was an acting Store Manager at times, and I understand what this type of work entails and demands, and I understand you all, and commend you for your excellence. Keep looking up and moving forward. Your Store Looks amazing and very well kept! ??

If I could give ZERO I would. Very discriminatory workers. Very rude. Tried to charge me for my daughter's allergy medication. Don't know why it was even at CVS I only use RITE AIDE. But I will never go to this CVS location if I ever needed to. Never again

I went to Cvs at 10pm they were just locking the door I asked if I could just grab Benadryl for my 7 year old because he is sick and Lisa that works there said no you have to go somewhere else we are closed and this is after I went to Stop and shop in Willimantic and got there at 9:55pm and they say they are open till 10 but the door was locked so the lady Infront of me went in the outdoor and grabbed a shopping carriage so I followed well they let her go but stopped me I said I just want to get juice and Benadryl for my 7 year old son he is sick and they said nope we are closed you have to leave and TOOK the shopping Carriage from me! Lovely people Wonder how they would all feel if it was there child. And now I have to pick a star to rate them in order to post this when I don't think they even deserve a half of a star

It's a bit pricey here especially for a drink. I came here for Christmas cause my mother been wanting atomic fire balls. This was the only store around I found that had them in store at the time. The staff are so nice here. Very fast checkout.

AFTER I RE LOADED MY NET SPEND CARD TO PAY A BILL & THE BILL COULDN'T GET PAYED & I WENT BACK TO CVS & THE LADY DISRESPECTED ME AT THE FRONT DESK. T MADE IT SO I CAN'T RE~LOADMY CARD THERE ANYMORE SO FUQ CVS.. WALGREENS RELOADED IT WITH NO PROBLEM
