I don’t understand how this business received a 4 star. They have the audacity to charge me after they failed to fix my car. I happily talk someone out of doing business with them. They are terrible. They told me to never come back and I mean why would I when they couldn’t solve the problem but were happy to charge me money.

Went in today to Capitol Chrysler over in Willimantic CT with the intention of trading in my vehicle for something more affordable and the approach and conclusion from start to finish was completely amazing. Was in the search for a new vehicle.. I came across them online with a truck that was listed. I drove out to Willimantic, and when Mike Doot showed me the truck, I was sold. He was able to answer my questions about Rams in general and that truck. While waiting , the other staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as I was able to conversation with them while waiting for a few things. Jn they end, they even brought the truck to my house as I was unable to pick it up that day! Best experience I've had with a dealship. The truck was detailed beautifully snd ive gotten lots of compliments on it. When it's time to upgrade this truck, I'm definitely going there again!

Thieves and liars in my opinion. Be really careful, especially with the service department. Tried to charge us almost 800.00 for a part that was recalled/covered by the manufacturer and repaired at another Dodge dealer at no cost to us.
