I got scammed from someone and Bank of America decided to close my account saying “ we ended the relationship “ , yeah just because i have a humble job , if i had a Million dollars and someone scammed me do you think they will even think about closing the account !?***Edit : back then when this happened, i called the customer service , the representative told me she’s gonna connect me with the decision maker and then she hanged up .

Great local office! The staff was very professional and made sure that my request was handled correctly. They walked me through both the online and mobile apps to make sure I was able to understand how to navigate them. I travel all the time and use my different branches, these people are top notch. Compared to some of the other divisions that I have had business dealings w (who never returned any of my phone calls or emails) the willimantic branch is the best. A special shout out to AI, he is a person who made the extra effort for me.

Wouldn't let me deposit cash into landlords account. Poor customer service hope this location closes at some point I would never Bank at Bank of America or recommend them to anyone worst bank around

Albert J. Korczynski, Solutions Advisor is so kind, so efficient. He is a pleasure to deal with whether you have $100 in your savings account or $10,000. He helped my sister and I out on many occasions. Bank of America needs more people just like him! Kind and caring, small town banker like in large corporate sea! How refreshing!!

Four people standing behind the counter one person actually waiting on the drive thru. Nobody acknowledged me waiting in line until I asked if there was an issue. Then they snapped back that the one actual teller was waiting on the drive thru. Rude and always slow here.

During this covid time why can't you open the teller drive thru. Move tellers from another bank so that part of this bank's services can be open. Interesting that another local bank had covid in it and was reopened within 24 hours with teller drive thrus and no inside services. That worked for me and a lot of people.

Hate this Bank ! Only go there because my mortgage was sold to them by County Wide! There service is TERRIBLE! Never enough tellers . Drive up hardly ever comes to you . The bank manager is lazy and smart mouthed . Luckily I only go there once a month ! NEVER would put a dime in that bank in the plaza on West Main st Willimantic on my own volition ! Terrible Bank!

Had to go inside today because the drive thru was closedCome to find out while in line for 20 plus minThe lady doing the drive thu went on break.So I wanted to cash some $20 in for $100'sbut the teller informed me that was impossible she had no large bills.I find it hard to believe that in the bank vault there was no large bills. So my experience today was poor and it's obvious that management doesn't care about customer service or they would have another teller to run the dri thu window.Also the employees don't care or the teller would have tried to help me.
