I am very appalled! I had a Limited Lifetime Warranty on an exhaust manifold, well it was time to get that new one, free of charge ofc, it’s under warranty. I was told over the phone they couldn’t order it for me because it was a special order and with special orders there’s a delivery fee, okay fine I’ll go down to autozone and pay the $8.00 in shipping. How when I get there I get told I would have to BUY THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD FOR $300!? WHEN ITS UNDER WARRANTY!!! AUTOZONE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER NEEDS! THEY DONT OBEY THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY!

An employee helped me out when I had no idea what I was doing. His name was Rob McClure and he tested and installed a new battery for me after he had clocked out for the day. He went above and beyond especially being off the clock. Well done AutoZone for having employees like him!

The person at the register tried charging me for items I did not purchase. I caught him before I put my card in and told him to remove the items I didn't purchase. He tried to justify his actions by saying they threatened to cut his hours if he didn't sell wittdtjr. I explained to him I worked for autozone for almost 10 years off and on between 2011 and 2022. Despite what any supervisor tells him he does not have autozones permission to steal money from customers.

Terrible service, told me parts were coming next day and they did not , they keep saying next day, I was back and forth for Five days, finally parts came and it was the wrong parts, this young people that have there now, they don’t know wat they doing including some of the new managers too, I been years buying from that store. And the old crew was the best !! But thing have change a lot.. PS…( if you not sure when the parts are coming don’t Said next day and don’t be rude with costumers , when you said next day ! ?)

terrible. counter help had zero experience. could not look up parts on the computer. manager hid in back stocking shelves i walked out angry...ill never get back that 20 minutes

Very friendly staff for retail employees i generally receive friendly service almost every time I go. Its too bad their return policy is not customer service driven as a business owner myself.A huge deal breaker for me shopping at a place that supposedly encourages diy repairs is when their return policies are TOO strict.I've had issues several times now returning items that were never used in the original packaging with receipt in hand and half the time I get "we're not supposed to take batteries back" or "we're not supposed to take electronics back but ill try"no receipt no returninstalled once for 1-3 minutes to see if it fixes your issue and they find out no return.makes me want to find another parts retailer.
