I also had my entire family's hair done by Nicole K. (toddler boy, kindergartener, adult male, adult female). She is professional and takes time to listen to customers and really hear what they are saying. She is willing to teach you how you should do your hair and give her expert advice. We had a wonderful visit and got great results. She is experienced and talented, as the range of what we presented to her attests. She brought out the best in our hair while minimizing our trouble spots. My kindergarten girl was crying on the way there, but when she met Nicole, she asked to go first! She is thrilled. We live in West Hartford, but it is worth the drive, which is lovely, by the way. Honestly, it is not far from Unionville, Canton, Simsbury, Avon, West Hartford, etc. Look for a barn like building near the green next to the post office! Very nice place, and making a convenient appointment for 4 people at back to school time was easy. Elegant, yet comfortable, low key and family-friendly. We will go back and tip well!
