Incompetent and lazy staff.Ordered a book on 8/26/2022. The status remained 'Fulfilled' until I called on 9/7/2022.First call I was told the book had not shipped because the staff forgot to send it out. Even though the website states arrival 4-7 days. Was told to come pick it up. 1 hiur and 46 minute drive - when I had work in less time.A second call, I was on hold for over 10 minutes for a manager but had to go to work so I spoke with the cashier instead. She said she would speak with the assistant manager to see what they could do and call me back.Several hours later with no response, I called again and was told they would overnight ship it to the local community College. I requested they send it to my home address as that's a considerable lengthy drive for me as well. They confirmed my home address and said it would be sent there.The following day the book arrived at the local college instead. Drove out of my way and rushed home so I wouldn't miss the class I needed that very book for.Asked for a refund on the shipping as they did not deliver it in a timely manner. Let's see if they're competent enough to get it done in a timely manner this time.You put my schooling at jeopardy by delaying it, was inconsiderate of my time, and left me very disappointed in your business.

This school is excellent!! They truly care and want to prepare you for going on!!! Tuition is reasonable... Professors are excellent!! Dr. JANET NESTERUCK is the very best professor I have ever had. She is inspirational, positive and helps you create dreams you never had before!!! She brings the best out in you!! Excellent!!! This place will help you make your dreams come true!!! Professors are available... real people with great attitude!!

The NWCC bookstore is small but has plenty to offer students many items other than textbooks. In addition to books they have clothing with the school logo, notebooks, snacks and a variety of other items. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful.

I haven't visited any college but this one, unfortunately only a few people their don't have a nasty attitude. It's just disgraceful that the college don't review their workers work ethics towards the public. I would not rec anyone not even my enemy to this college.
