Dealing with this store was a horrible experience. They lied to and misinformed me. Told me that my bill would go down based on their recommendations, which I followed. Instead my bill increased over $100 a month. I wend to the store at least 5 times to straighten things out...they kept assuring me that the bills would get straightened out...they didn't. Then, after spending hours with customer service at AT&T itself, I finally got things resolved. It was interesting to note that the people from corporate AT&T agreed with me that I had been scammed, lied to and misinformed. Stay away from this store. Go to the one in Torrington instead or deal directly with AT&T.

I dealt with Kevin and Adam, they were knowledgeable about the phones and helped me select the one that will meet my needs. I also have a trial of direct tv stream service and they explained it thoroughly. They were great to deal with.

This branch always has well-informed polite staff. Visiting in July of 2022, my partner was searching for a solution to his LGV50 phone being dropped from the needed update to keep working through his Sprint then T-Mobile provider. The salesman did a great job with detailed dialogue about cell phones, their service, connectivity, recent merges, etc. The only reason he didn't make a sale was because they needed a three year lease on the purchase of any of their phones.

Kevin was the best manager ever. I traded up for a new phone. He left no stone unturned he helped me with every detail. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this particular store anyday

Had excellent service here tonight with the new management! I've had the same phone for 3+ years and had completely forgotten what it was like to switch carriers or get a new phone. Ken was super patient and helpful and I'm so glad that this is the quality of service I can access near my apt. Thank you!

I had a simple issue with my phone and tried to resolve it over the phone with the basic customer service number. They couldn't resolve the issue and were very apologetic and helpful.. they asked me to bring my phone directly to a store and that they could easily assist me on resolving the issue. I had the worst possible case scenario of rude and uncalled for lack of customer care in this store. The man working refused to help in anyway and cursed at me repeatedly when I simply asked for help with a simple issue. He refused to make any attempts to even try to provide any level of customer care. I have been with Att for decades at this point, and I was shocked and appalled that this man still has a job.

Afrain and Philippe were patient and respectful and so helpful. They gave us info about AT&T television and fixed my problem with my iPad. Give them both a raise!

If it were possible to give this store zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. My dad and I both bought new phones so I went to the Winsted store to buy cases and screen protectors for both phones. There was a promotion going on for buy 2 get 1 free which applied to most things in the store. I purchased 6 items in total. 3 cases, 2 screen protectors and a pop socket. The manager, Osmon was the only employee in the store and told me that any case that said 6.1 on the box would fit my dad's iPhone 11. When I gave the case to my dad, it was too small and wouldn't fit on the phone. I gave my dad the receipt and he brought it back to the store the very next day. He didn't want a refund, just an exchange for a case that would fit. The manager Osmon was also there when he went but he refused to do anything to help and said the case wasn't on the receipt (even though it clearly is). He called my dad an a**hole and told him to get the f*ck out of his store. I have never been so disgusted by such unprofessionalism and rude behavior. Absolutely worth driving farther to go to a different branch.
