I decided to go to a local business being that they are local hardware company, and I live nearby. I knew I’d pay a little more but it wasn’t worth it I was treated rudely by one of the employees. I Simply asked a few questions regarding some products, he stood back, hands folded, several feet away and just gave me short blunt answers. Was rude and not helpful. So decided to put everything back, walked out and went to a different hardware store. I’ll be sure not to go back. Sorry you want my business? Then Be courteous.

Friendly, reasonable prices, and has literally everything I’ve ever needed to build garden and repair. Great hours too- including Sunday!

Waste of money, waste of time, overstaffed, the only thing they tell you is to go to Home Depot or Lowe's where everything is at least 15% cheaper and actually available

I’ve recently moved to Wilton and absolutely love this store. Whether I’m replacing an obscure 70-year old item or need advice on solving an immediate issue, the abundant staff at Wilton Hardware have had the answers. I’d grown so tired of going to massive home supply stores, endlessly wandering the aisles looking for something or trying to find someone to help me. Not the case here! Plus, readers need to know that I never write reviews… but this place is exceptional.

My local hardware store. Friendly, helpful staff with well stocked shelves. They usually have what I need.They do glass and plexi glass cutting and color matching something we have needed in the past.

It’s my local hardware store which I frequent often and walk away frustrated by the lack of help and overall indifference to service. I always receive immediate attention but they consistently disappoint me with effort. I will now head to Westport hardware again.

I love Wilton Hardware. Someone always asks me if I need help within minutes of walking in and they have good advice and suggestions and experience. It's like having a store full of dads! I can get almost everything I need without having to wander around a big box store for an hour or spend extra time and gas driving to Norwalk.
