“I had a great experience working with Chris and his service manager (I wish I could remember her name, apologies!). I expressed interest for a car on a Friday evening and Chris was immediately in touch. I was able to stop by that Saturday morning for a test drive. He was upfront with the pricing and didn't try to add any additional fees. He printed out the CarFax report for me, explained the history of the vehicle, and knew *everything* about the car (features, reliability reports, etc.). I was able to take it home a couple of days later and the process was pretty seamless! I wanted to wait to write a review until I had the car inspected during a routine oil change and everything looks great! Apart from some little things (e.g. needed a new cabin air filter, refilled engine coolant), the car is in excellent condition and I'm very happy with the purchase and experience. *If the car is still doing super well about a year out from now, I'll change my rating to a full five stars :-)”

“This is the best place to get your car taken care of in New Canaan! They are so accommodating and even fit me in the same day for an oil change. Dylan and everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. They do not overcharge and even give discounts where applicable! I would absolutely go back anytime I need anything for the car. I loved how they don’t push you into getting extra work done, but will let you know what they recommend for the future. They even give you recommendations for body work, if you need it. Amazing place and people!”

“I purchased an Infiniti QX30 Sports and it is gorgeous. This was the best experience that I’ve ever had in purchasing a car. Charlie and Ed did everything to make sure I was ok. I was asked questions to help me decide if this was the car I really wanted and I did not at anytime feel like I was being sold a car. It is a used car and there were 2 things wrong, which was what happens with used cars and they were fixed immediately.
