I had filed one complaint after another about one of my supervisors. His racial behaviors against one of my tellers is getting to be disturbing and it is affecting the environment at my work place. His harassment, bullying and undermining actions against me, have gone unresolved by my manager nor by HR. I had reached out to my manager in various occasions and i even had reached out to Human Resources for help, but so far nothing has been done! I am running out of options and i will not tolerate his abusive remarks against one of my tellers or bullying against me.Working here at TD had brought me positive things, I’ve learned to meet and loved new people including my customers, whom i served with good ethics, respect and kindness, and this goes to my coworkers too, but the environment in which we work with our new ASM has become poisonous.

Do not bank here. I have been a customer for over 15 years and I am treated like I don't matter. Look at the incentives and waved fees for NEW CUSTOMERS. There is nothing in place but grief and atm fees for the loyal customers. Mind you I have three accounts a credit card checking and savings.. Will be looking to switch soon.

TDBank ran my credit without my permission for a credit card that their website said "could not be processed at this time". I called to ask why this would happen and was told that my social security number was supposedly incorrect on the form so therefore I did not qualify for the card I was unable to finish an application for in the first place. So you ran my credit anyway, although you had an incorrect SSN on an unfinished application, TDBank? How? Will be reaching out to file a complaint with the BBB and Experian Monday. The TDBank associate I spoke with said this was my fault, there would most definitely be a hard inquiry on my Experian score and was "not her problem". Be careful when looking into credit cards, financing, etc with TDBank, they are not trustworthy!

You can’t get a hold of a customer service representative have to wait around there for a long time and then they have very slow customer service if you get through to them.

This company needs to change its motto of being Americas Most Convenient Bank because it is a far cry from that. First off the brick and mortar locations become very scarce as you near the south. Second their customer service department leaves much to be desired. Most of the representives give more attitude than help and when you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are put on hold for an eternity. Now the supervisors that they have on staff claim they will help you but do not. I have this from experience, they will tell they are doing one thing and then do something completely different or not do it at all. Basically unless you have thousands or more in their bank do not expect convenience.

Banking experience good but premises a disgrace. Garbage all over, weeds, dog droppings and overgrown hedges. Obviously no concern for residential area.....an eyesore.
