“This store and it's owner provided me with exceptional customer service and went way above and beyond to help me out! I was having difficulty with another UPS store in SC charging me $$$$$ for the delivery of a package that had been dropped off at their store. In addition to them rarely answering their phone they also refused to explain the price they had quoted me even though I had the dimensions and weight of the package and knew I was being overcharged. After several attempts to resolve the situation myself I went into the Darien store to ask for advice. Marcos, the owner of the Darien UPS store was extremely helpful and offered to help me dealing with the SC store. Ultimately, he called the other UPS store several times for me and got the package delivered safely for half the originally quoted price. Marcos then also helped me load it into my car: it was heavy!!! Exemplary customer service! Thank you, Marcos, I could not have got this delivered without your help!”
“I shipped a gigantic piece of art which was packed and shipped by Jim at the UPS store in Ridgefield. Despite his incredible effort to package it safely, the package was damaged later on its journey. Jim's attention to the resolution of this damage was unmatched - I truly felt valued and he fought for my insurance claim to be given the proper attention it deserved. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. I'm grateful to live in a town with service of this degree and will be using UPS in Ridgefield for all my important business needs.”

They helped me reprint a return label that was too big at no charge, and I also saw them doing everything they could to make things easier for the other customers in the store. There were also a number of customers oh the store so I expected to have to wait but they were very quick while at the same time being very helpful and friendly. This is now my #1 spot to send out UPS!”

“I've shopped at a few different Staples stores and each time I've had nothing but friendly people that have been more than helpful in helping me find what I need. I recently purchased some office furniture cubes that had gone on clearance and I visited a few stores and each one they were more than willing to go check the back for any inventory and help me load my purchases into my car. I don't find too many places anymore that are happy to go into the back and drag out boxes to load on a cart and bring to a person's car and be nothing but Pleasant the whole time.”
