I had a great experience working with Chris and his service manager (I wish I could remember her name, apologies!). I expressed interest for a car on a Friday evening and Chris was immediately in touch. I was able to stop by that Saturday morning for a test drive. He was upfront with the pricing and didn't try to add any additional fees. He printed out the CarFax report for me, explained the history of the vehicle, and knew *everything* about the car (features, reliability reports, etc.). I was able to take it home a couple of days later and the process was pretty seamless! I wanted to wait to write a review until I had the car inspected during a routine oil change and everything looks great! Apart from some little things (e.g. needed a new cabin air filter, refilled engine coolant), the car is in excellent condition and I'm very happy with the purchase and experience. *If the car is still doing super well about a year out from now, I'll change my rating to a full five stars :-)

Ran my credit without me being there to even see the car. Never signed paperwork or saw the car but had me all set to go with with a loan. This was also sent to several reputable dealerships that i had the same conversation with and they DID NOT pull a loan before seeing my face. Called and since he didn't like my choice of words starred cutting me off and being rude, talking over me and said i was being combative, duh... you ran this without knowing it was really me. What they did was fraud. I never signed anything!!!
Ps sexual suggestions never help sell cars.
Don't trust this place, they're too quick to take any info and no verification of who they are talking to. Already documented and reported to the BBB.
