passage East has been so great. we moved here a few years ago and they take amazing care of our boarder collie. she is dog reactive and they make sure she is having fun and comfortable. they send pics and answer my calls quickly, so I can ask how mylas doing. we have been very happy thus far!

My dog loves Passage East so much that his tail wags whenever we pull into their driveway. I bring him for both daycare and boarding and he always has a great time. Great location, great staff and a lot of happy dogs! P.S. I also get his nails trimmed and occasional bath, they do a good job with both!

I have been taking my Yorkie and Havanese and always having issues with them SHAVING my Havanese to the skin. I am so upset as it is in her file not to shave her, I reminded them when I dropped her off and she was there 8 hours! To come back with no grooming just shaved like a farm animal. They even cut the hair off her ears and tail down to skin.

Terrible people running this company. Joe and Fawn both are money driven, they do not care about your pet. Not to mention the dog they have for “adoption”, Sara, she has been there for at least 5 years and they make no effort to show her off to potential adoptees, sounds like a tax right off to me

Its all the same to me, but when we take our dog here hes happy to go in. If they are fully booked and he has to go to a different place, hes not so excited.So obviously this place has friendly staff, and takes good care of our friend.Thank you.

Our dog, who is a very high-energy breed, loves this place. He was a little shy at first---we suspect that he had a bad experience at a previous kennel---but the kind staff have worked hard to ensure that he has a great time (I know that he does because there are pics of him being a total goofball on their Facebook page). Everyone I have met here is very professional. I want to give a special shoutout to the staff member---I think her name is Mary?---who made a customized welcome sign, as well as to Christine, who took particular care to help me get him into the car (I'd managed to injure my knee on vacation). The entryway is very nicely set up with multiple gates to ensure that dogs who are escape artists (such as ours) haven't got a snowball's chance. As I write this, he is snoozing away on the kitchen floor. Amazing work, Passage East! We'll be back.

Horrible, they left bruises on my dog after leaving my familys precious golden doodle, rocket we called him before the incident happened... and he could never walk again. I would never leave my dog here again, and the situation is currently being pursued.

Seems there's been a drop off in overall effort. Grooming services asked for are not done. Seems they care more about turnover now. Better options available in the area.

Our pooch Baxter and his cousin Winston LOVE going here! Attentive, caring staff, predictable dropoff/pickup, many perks available, an easy to use booking system, and loads of updates on their Facebook page showcasing the weekly guests. A good experience every time, wags all around...

The folks who run this facility care tremendously for the pets they look after. Each pet is treated with kindness, love, and lots of special attention. Boarding can be a traumatic/stressful experience for dogs, and PEK goes the extra mile to make sure nervous pets are given sufficient play/1:1 time if needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough for boarding, grooming, or daycare. Your pup will thank you!
