The bike shop and specifically the mechanics and specifically Slava are just awesome. Advice is always spot on and trustworthy and the work is impeccable. I’m a long time customer and fan for good reason, they do excellent work.

We’ve purchased a Kuat bike rack, an enduro bike, and several other items from this store. Excellent customer service as the sales people know a lot and offer helpful advice and guidance. They also provide superb bike repair.

OSC is right across the street from my work & they are super friendly & helpful whenever I stop in. Super convenient for those working at ASML. I would recommend all of my coworkers to get their MTB service done here when you can't get to your LBS & pick up their serviced part on their way home after work!

The ski shop was closed for electrical maintenance during my most recent visit. I was still able to return my kids skis which was the main purpose of my visit but I always shop for new gear when I'm down there. It would have been nice if there was a notice on their website which I did check before heading down. I guess maybe it was sudden or unexpected. But given how far the store is from me I won't be returning anytime soon so they missed out on some potential sales this time. I could have easily come on a different day if I had known. I do like the store and plan to rent equipment from them again next year but this year I'll buy my end of season stuff elsewhere.

Sam was awesome in helping my brother pick out his first board, boots, and bindings. He understood his needs, stuck to his budget, and was super helpful in explaining his recommendations.

I went to Outdoor Sports because I was not happy with the boots I purchased over a year ago. I don't ski a lot but when I did, the boots were uncomfortable and skiing not fun. I told Sam what was going on and he was so helpful in resizing me and fitting me into a different boot that was great. I decided to rent the boots as I do rent skis every year to be sure. I couldn't have had a better expertience. They are so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go to any other store. This store is the one you want to do business with. Very nice and professional outdoor sports shop. I went to get sized for ski boots with Mike upstairs, he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about skiing/snowboarding. He helped me understand what would work best for my individual style and skill for skiing, explaining why he recommended certain boots over others. Super helpful will definitely be going to this store again!

Outdoor Sports really is tops for service. I recently had new brakes installed on my bike at a different bike shop that is fairly well known, but the brakes weren't right. I knew it, but I'm not a mechanic and have a hard time articulating the issue. I took it in to the other shop twice and both times was told that the issue was normal. I just knew it wasn't but kept riding until one day a friend suggested I take it to Slav at Outdoor Sports to get his opinion. Previous to this I did not know Slav or anyone at Outsoor Sports, but nonethless I walked in there cold and explained the issue. Instead of me trying to stammer my way through what was going on, he just went out to the parking lot and rode my bike. Within 10 seconds, he said that it was not normal and then explained what was going on. He ordered the right parts and swapped them out and presto brand new bike. Slav truly is the bike whisperer. Go there for bikes, go there for advice, go there to have work done on your bike. You just can't do any better in Fairfield County.

Great experience getting fitted for new ski equipment. I made an appointment online and had a rough idea of what I wanted - but they took the time to get to know my skiing experience, measurements, and we tried several options. They intentionally did not rush me to make a decision and clearly wanted me to be satisfied with the purchase. Hard to find this level of service anywhere else!

Excellent customer service experience buying a Thule roof box. I was surprised to see a local shop with competitive pricing, EXPERT ADVICE, and white glove installation. Grateful for their support getting our family set up to get outdoors! 5/5 stars to the management and support staff.
