Whether I’m replacing an obscure 70-year old item or need advice on solving an immediate issue, the abundant staff at Wilton Hardware have had the answers. I’d grown so tired of going to massive home supply stores, endlessly wandering the aisles looking for something or trying to find someone to help me. Not the case here! Plus, readers need to know that I never write reviews… but this place is exceptional.”

“This was a lovely arrangement. There were opalescent flowers in it that i have never seen in an arrangementbefore. The base of the arrangement was done in a unique way, long leaves wrapped horizontally around the the stems under the water to cover them. This arrangement was given to me for a sad occasion but brightened my day every time I looked at them. Thank you.”

“I am so impressed with this family business! I love to just browse and look at the many displays they have created to both educate and entertain their customers. Their staff is knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. I understand that I may even be paying more than some of the larger companies but I get that back in quality and trustworthiness. I buy my wood from Reynolds every year. Sometimes I can't take all of it so they store it for me. Where can you get that feature? The wood arrives and the piece count is always correct. In fact, I have seen them add a couple/few pieces to ensure customer satisfaction. The wood is hard woods and seasoned. They carefully explained to me that there are CT laws that actually state what the seller has to do when they state seasoned in their ads. They helped me landscape portions of my property and I can't be more satisfied. They can do it all. You can simply ask them to help you pick out products according to your plan and they help you do it. Or you can ask for them to design it and deliver it and plant it. Of course their is a price structure and more costs more. Also what a wonderful place to go Christmas/Holiday shopping! I highly recommend it! I'm looking forward to my next visit. If you want to trade with honest people who sincerely want to help you Reynolds is your place.”

“Good place to find the plants I need. They are cheaper then any nursery in the area. They design and install. They offer maintenance (grass cutting weeding pruning) services as well. So it's a one stop place for a new home owner and for home owners who want to add color and vibrance to there property.”

“I've been shopping at this Home Depot since they've originally opened. I've never had any problems with this store. The only issues that I've ever faced with customers who are very rude and inconsiderate to other shoppers and the staff. I love coming here over the Port Chester or the Norwalk stores because this one has more options available. Yes, the staff can be a little slow. However, they are always doing the best and are super friendly!!! Anytime I need help I can always find an available worker to help me out. I see that the other reviews on here criticize workers , however I don't believe that these are true and some of the "rude customers." Their garden section has amazing options, and they have everything from simple flowers two large landscaping items. This is a great place to find everything that you need .”

“I love this Home Depot, I've never had any issues here (unlike Stamford's location). I will say, the layout in Stamford is better and easier to navigate. However, we were able to find what we needed and were even assisted with help (because climbing on shelves is frowned upon).
