I had such a positive experience at Lace Affaire yesterday. I am a 42H in UK sizes and it is incredibly difficult to find bras in store and even online. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was so kind, made me feel comfortable even when sometimes bra shopping can bring up feelings of insecurity for me. I walked away with 3 bras including a strapless! Couldn't recommend more.

I went into this store for the first time today. I walked around for several minutes and yelled out a few times but no one emerged from a back room. The store was empTy. Its a shame because I was looking forward to a fitting and buying some new bras. I will never go back. If they can't even greet their customers properly then I have serious doubts about their customer service!

I had a really great experience here! Im terrible with names but I know hers started with an A: she was so attentive, so friendly, and without an aggressive sales push. Really ideal for this lady with social anxiety. I wish I could deduct just half a star because the selection isn't huge, but that's to be expected for a small boutique like this. If you need something super specific, they might not have it, but it's worth a shot; and if you know you need something, but you aren't quite sure what: this is your place!

I live about 45 minutes away, but googled where to get a good bra fit. Let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the drive! The owner was busy when I got there and she invited me to look around while I waited for my fit. The shop is unique and beautiful! Carline is the most caring, helpful, and giving person in the business. She was beyond worth the wait. She takes her time with her customers to make sure they are in the right fitting and most flattering apparel. Local stores don’t carry my size bra and I haven’t had a nice, proper fitting bra in a long time. She found me the perfect bras! When this momma of 4 had a breakdown in her store about how tough life was, she went on to find me the perfect pick me up lingerie. Not to mention her most warming hug and encouragement. Even 2 of her loyal customers were in the shop and we’re helping her to help me! She definitely has made a loyal customer out of me, as I’m sure she has with every person who has shopped here! Carline, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

My shopping experience was par excellent! The proprietor, service, merchandise and quality was superb! Run don't walk to Lace Affaire! You'll elated that you did! From swimwear to foundation to accessories they have it all!!!!

Isabelle is an expert fitter. I always have difficulty finding the right bra because I seem to be in between sizes. Walked out with 3 lovelies!! Thanks so much Isabelle..I will be back!

I went here because I have scoliosis and have always had a hard time finding a bra that truly fits me. I should have gone here a long time ago! Isabelle, the bra fitting employee, was so helpful! She went above and beyond with helping me find a bra, always listening to what I did / didn’t like. I would definitely return and highly recommended this place.

Stopped here looking for under garments to wear with a backless dress it was 3 minutes to closing the lady not only let me in but took the time to help me find what I needed I searched all over for these items every other store told me order it online. This store was stocked with a lot of great things. The lady on duty was wonderful , she did everything to help and stood a few minutes past closing.

I will never go anywhere else for my bras! Carlene took one look at me and not only told me the bra I had on didn't fit, she then, without measuring me, picked out the perfect bra and the correct size for me. It was magic . I can't believe I have to tug or adjust straps again! PLUS, the unique pieces of jewelry are very reasonable and not seen anywhere else...picked up a ring while I was there too. The greatest shop to buy or browse.

I went to Lace Affaire after googling “bra fitting in CT” and had my fingers crossed. After two children and only time to order my bras online, I really wanted to get some expert advice. When I arrived I was fortunate to have the owner help me. I picked up quite a few things at her suggestion to replace and update my under garment wardrobe. Everything I purchased that day fit so well, from a t-shirt bra, to a bra for more revealing necklines, to a strapless and a racer back bra. I felt utterly transformed! And needless to say, my husband appreciated the makeover, too.
