sent my car here to get work done, when we picked it up the office was closed and we realized the issue was still occurring even tho their paperwork assured it was fixed. i called and spoke with Andy and he completely disregarded what i was saying, didn’t believe me, and talked down to me because i was a women. I would think twice before bringing your car here ladies it’s clearly still a man’s world at this shop

If I could rate a 0, I would. Took my Escalade in for service, with a $2500 bill only to have them damage/break the main touchscreen (you can see the tool marks where it was struck) and -NOT- replace the brakes properly too (had another dealership check/confirm), so we can no longer essentially control the car with the touchscreen broken (quoted me another $1300 to fix the touchscreen -mind you it worked perfectly fine before being dropped off lol). They squeal so bad now that people know I'm arriving a couple miles out, and it feels like grinding metal on metal. Took the vehicle back 2x subsequent times to be told its normal...ugh NO, try again. I've done brakes several times in my life or had them done, and definitely not normal. If that wasn't enough, after spending all of that money, no fluids were checked and/or topped off despite paying for service. Beware of shady service practices and go elsewhere. It's unfortunate as the people running the office are nice.

Wow! Awesome people! I've never spent a penny here or even stepped foot inside and they went above and beyond to help me get a discrepancy fixed with my vehicles carfax report. The GM Brian Kelly was super helpful! If they're willing to help me without any of my business I know they're trustworthy folks!
