Where do I begin? Stepping into this dealership was the worst mistake of my life. I pay $707 a month for a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. It's been 2 years since I purchased this car and I still owe over $25,000 on it! The car isn't even worth that much! They are deceptive and super unprofessional! I realized later on that they falsified documents by fudging numbers after I signed off on them! Buying this car ruined my life! And to make matters worst, the dealer used my personal information to contact me and ask me out on a date! I am a single mother who is now in debt due to this dealership! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!

I had been a customer at another Nissan dealership in north haven for years but after experiencing horrible customer service when I needed to renew my lease i decided to go to another dealership. I’m so glad I found Bruce Bennett Nissan. The customer service was exceptional. I was able to book an appointment without any issues and they were able to find the issue with my car and have it fixed very quickly. The gentleman in the front explained everything and gave me updates on the status of my car. I highly recommend this location if you’re in search of a Nissan dealership.

This dealership needs to get it together. Called the number for the parts department and they said they have the brake pads I needed. Drive over to the dealership in Danbury to get them. The parts dept was closed. After going into their website it states 3 pm. I arrived at 158. Asked three worthless employees to help me out and all said no. Turns out that when you call the number on Danbury’s website it directs you to Wilton Nissan. How stupid is that. But to the employees at Danbury Nissan, shame on you for not even trying to help out. Answer was just no and walked away.
Follow up from owners email
Called today to speak to the owner. The lady that answered the phone was and is another empty skull employee. He was not there and did not know what to say or do. The only reason I tried to call back is that any new business will always have problems and reviews and communication is the only way to improve the quality and safety of its employees and customers. I will be getting rid of my Armada and go back to Toyota.

Had a terrible experience here. I drove from out of state to see a car after speaking with them on the phone. I asked them to confirm the price in advance and they did. after arriving They showed me a different price that was several thousand dollars more.
