I've used Walt for years and they are fantastic. From minor to large projects, he can do everything. On one occasion, I showed up for an oil change and had spilled a protein shake all over my seat (we know how those can stink if left to dry). Walt was so kind, he saw how stressed I was and took it upon himself to clean the entire seat and floor on his own like new!! He has a good heart.Service: Engine repair

We just called West with a tricky tow job from Middletown to Tolland late in the day on a Friday. The car had a broken front suspension and wouldn't roll right, so it wasn't just a matter of pulling it onto the truck. They came right out and took extreme care while loading and unloading to prevent causing more damage. Very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. We'll be coming back.

Wonderful gem in town. Just needed front tires replaced after getting a flat. Owner was happy to help, told me to come on by and he’d take care of it. In and out in less than 40 minutes.
