There has been no scan update for over 60hrs on a parcel I paid for expedited shipping on. Do better.
This location should be shut down because there's been nothing but complaints about it for the past 5 years on Google, Yelp, and Reddit.

How do you reach a live person at this place? One phone number online doesn't work, the other rings and rings and then hangs up on you. Had a package arrive here on 11/29...went to South Windsor that day and apparently then accidentally went BACK to Willington where it has sat for a week with no updates. FedEx main number keeps telling me they are "working on it." Good luck with that if no one answers the phones in Willington. I realize this is a very busy time of year. I'd just like to know where my package even IS, because everyone I talk to tells me something different and what is online does not reflect what people tell me on the phone. Beyond frustrated!
