They where charging me for router I never had for my service .when I canceled they would not refund charges for router wifi fees .then for canceling 4 day after new month they don't even pro rate they want full months service .terrible company would never have again

I went to the Spectrum store in Willimantic/Mansfield, CT at the East Brook Mall today for an iPhone upgrade and received the best customer service experience from Ralph. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and definitely went above and beyond to help make the transition as seamless as possible. The store manager, Scott is in the store and available to answer any questions as well. Let’s not forget a shoutout to Andrew, another exemplary employee who I’ve worked with in the past. You can even cut your wait time too, by signing in online in advance. I have never been more pleased with customer service. My overall experience is memorable and I encourage anyone who needs phone and/or internet service to stop by their store for info. A smile and kindness go a long way.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ralph, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Ralph went above and beyond to help me out, providing exceptional service and support throughout the process. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my needs.

I came in to cancel and Ralph matched the price Frontier was offering us so we wouldn’t cancel. We’re looking for savings wherever we can and Spectrum is no longer the only internet provider in the area. I’m glad someone at this company understands that.

Before going to get a new phone at this store I looked at the reviews as I was concerned with what everyone was saying, but in reality everyone is upset with corporate/the spectrum company and tanking the reviews on employees who are completely opposite of what they said in reviews.
When I arrived today on 5/20/2024 I was immediately assisted and asked what I needed. We jumped right into my account and while my information was being transferred from my old phone to new one the gentleman had myself and my baby sit then he kindly put on cartoons for her as he placed the phones in front of me and he kept checking in on me.
Overall great employees, amazing service, attentive with customer services and with an affordable phone plan!. Can’t believe everything you see/read online.

Solved the issue, customer service representative with a full acknowledge , yes I have to wait but was worth it, the calm protected from the personnel makes everything goes smoothly ????. THANKS SO MUCH ?

This store saved me a ton of money by switching from AT&T to Spectrum Mobile. I was paying over $200 per month on AT&T, I now pay $120 per month for 4 lines. Not sure what other people are complaining about. It’s called the Spectrum STORE, not the customer service or billing department. A business cannot remain open if sales are not made.

Very horrible internet service and customer serviceI called to share a complaint and the customer service lady kept laughing behind when I had important issues to discuss. That was very unprofessional and they keep switching up their charges. Very horrible service. Don’t use their services

Gross that the minimum is 1 star, they don’t even deserve that on their best day. Waited so long to order a new phone I could have bought it online and it would’ve came in before I got the chance to speak to one of their associates. Store full of people and they lack the urgency to try to help people. Quick 5 minute trips turn into an hour plus wait simply because the employees are incapable of efficiently doing their jobs. Not a single happy person in the store.

The experience in this store is par the worst service than any company I have gone to. The help in the store, the customer service in this store Lacks Extreme customer friendly atmosphere. Per the reason, we left Spectrum for our phone service. and the lack of internet service which kept going off for days was extremely frustrating when you work from home. I'm not sure who the female is that works in this store if she is a manager or an assistant manager whatever she is she is extremely rude her job actually should be a dishwasher where she has no social skills!!

I switched from Verizon because for 2 lines with no data plan I was paying 135 per mth....for a decade. Now I pay 29 per mth, 2 lines unlimited everything, then after 1 yr
I pay an additional 29 for line 2. Reception is as good as Verizon and now I can use my apps in my car. Saving over 100 per month with a far better plan, a true no brainer.
