I brought my machine in because the thread on the bottom side was a hot mess. Fixed it right in the spot! Needed a new bobbin case. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely buy my next machine from them!

Generaly speaking the staff is very helpful, even though their knowledge of more technical issues related to software and possibly many of the computerized machines is limited. The owner is only interested in his next sale. Make sure your purchase on line is the same object they have in the store. The merchandise in the store is not up to date on the computer in terms of the picture. Forgot to mention, sewing repair staff excellent.

Wonderful people, showed me the machines I wanted to see in my price range. Allowed me to try the machines, I get classes for free with the machine I bought. I also get free maintenance on the machine. I will be going back for more quilting supplies also, they have a nice selection!

When my sewing machine started giving me trouble , I could not find any one to repair it. Lucky for me I found the perfect shop ten years ago, friendly, honest, and efficient. After that day I have purchased several machines and always had support with repairs and the classes are exceptional Schiller's! I would never go any else because the people there provide excellent customer service for repairs, sales and classes

Took my machine in for repair (embroidery Arm wasn't working) Eric fixed it while I waited. I have purchased all my machines there. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Schiller's is a great place to purchase sewing/embroidery or serger. They offer lessons, learning other techniques and lots of fun. They also have a monthly sewcial to meet friends with similar interests.

I've been a customer of Schiller's for the last 45 years and have purchased at least 6 different types of machines from them. I love supporting local and they're there to answer any questions, as well as provide instruction when needed. Would highly recommend!

What a great experience yesterday at Schiller's. I had been to and talked to 3 other vacuum repair places for my broken (and 20 year old) Miele. Others said that the ripped off power plug required an entirely new cord assembly and Schiller's did just the plug (yeh- that's all it needed!) for $3. The inside had blown up with dirt because the bag was also put in wrong and they did the whole repair for a VERY reasonable price. AND they did it in 3 hours! BRAVO!!! You did it again Schiller's!

I had my machine fixed recently and went to use it, but it wasn’t picking up stitches. I called and they told me to come right down. Lo and behold I was just d*** and didn’t put the bobbin in correctly (??♀️). The gentleman was very kind and showed me how to thread it properly without making me feel like the idiot I was in that moment.Definitely recommend them. ⭐️

Buyer beware If you have a pet hair issue do not buy a Miele with a air turbine head Unfortunately I did & it did not workout. Ultimately I purchased a Sebo from them after buying a 2nd air head , the first one broke & was junk I strongly feel I should have been informed with this issue & I finally was but the end result was 1000.00 out of pocket 400 initial purchase 100.00 2nd air head 500.00 additional with purchase of Sebo Total out of pocket 1000.00
