100% satisfied. Jason is great to deal with. He is professional and efficient. He listened to my ideas and offered cost effective suggestions. The quality of the work is excellent. The deck and stairs he built are beautiful. The work was completed within the timeframe we discussed and actually ended up a little less than the origional quote, thanks to his suggestions. The final outcome was even better than my inital vision. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Property Maintenance.

Our garage got zapped by lightning and fried the garage door opener so I was seeking recommendations for getting it repaired. Jason suggested that I consider buying a new one rather than paying for an assessment as I'd likely need to replace it anyway. I did that and he installed it.Jason was great to work with and we'll definitely hire him again for other projects.

Just wonderful work. Jason is thorough, calm and meticulous in his work. We got our deck redone by him using Brazilian hard wood, with design intricacies (his current cover photo) and the result was a piece of art. Price was very competitive. Will recommend him without reservations.
