Worst dollar general ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The kids that work there have no idea what there doing. I went to exchange something 20 mins after I got it because I didn't realize it had a crack in it. The girl said sure you can go get it. I come back to the register with a smaller item an asked if they had the size I needed in the back. A guy was there now an he said probably but it's really full back there implying he wasn't even willing to check. Obviously not busy as he was just laughing around with the girl the office. Then asks for my receipt an says he can't help me because I bought the item in andover which has a different dg system an I could drive to Franklin an they could help me. But it's not instock there I checked my app. So he pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. I will not be returning nor buying anything from that store again. Even if it is close by an convenient. Not the first time I felt this place was un professional.

I found a great variety of flavoring for waters. Was pretty surprised to see so many at such a great price. Shelves are well stocked, and staff were friendly. There's also an invipco can and plastic machine on this store. Plenty of parking and a large store.

Couldn’t figure out how to give me their advertised coupon for 10 off of 40…took a half ge of my time and still could t figure it out. Horrible experience

The staff is cool, but they seem overworked. They're in charge of both stock and cashier duties, which makes it complicated when you are waiting to get checked out and nobody is there. They also have a massively disgusting mouse problem here. Having dealt with mice in the past, I can instantly recognize that smell when its in the air. I even saw a few boxes torn into on the corners, with staff talking about how bad it smelled in there. The store is okay for quick trips when you need something in a pinch, otherwise I generally avoid it. The aisles are always blocked with stacks of boxes, and the lighting is so dim I sometimes need my phones flashlight to read the packaging. Outside is no picnic either, with garbage often smushed into the asphalt or sidewalk. The more Im typing this, the more Im realizing this store took a huge nose dive. It was built in seemingly no time with a great look and feel to it, but quality fell off the mark quickly.

I waited at the Register for over ten minutes. There was no one else in the store, the employee said she had to get the key. Then stay in the back talking to another employee. Plus no bathroom.

I have gone to this store twice since it opened and it's a mess! It was even worse the second time. Get it together boys!Crap all over the floor. How about someone grab a broom once in a while? Merchandise is unstocked and just lying around in the isles. Why is it a cement floor instead of tile? Very unprofessional. I will say the gentlemen running the place seemed very friendly. I hope I will changing my review soon in the positive direction.

Terrible rude employees this place is a dump can't even walk down an Isle there's stuff everywhere cameras everywhere can't use restroom even to just wash your hands prices were higher then other dollar generals on the same product
