Today was my 1st visit. I live nearby & wanted to check it out. Rachel was very friendly & helpful. I didn't walk out empty handed! I recommended Bliss to a good friend looking to update her wardrobe! I will be returning! Thanks Rachel for your help!

I went for the first time today and this a wonderful store to be in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even helped me pick out a top to pair with some pants :) I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area!

Fantastic clothing and organization, and I would say this is my favorite store if it weren't for the service. One of the workers is very rude. Every time I am in the store, she follows me around like I am going to steal something, which I have never done and am a loyal customer. I move around the store to browse, yet somehow she is always within 6 feet of me and invading my personal space. She consistently glares at me, and when I'm browsing clothing racks she often stands right next to me so close that we're touching, and doesn't even ask if I can move or say excuse me. One time, I brought my friends to the store with me to show them around. They were sitting down to put their shoes back on after trying an item on, she reached right over them, and again there was no smile, no "Excuse me!", no "Sorry about that!", and no "Can I get in here really quick?" This is the kind of disrespectful behavior I experience from this woman every time I enter the store. I work in retail and would never use this kind of behavior towards a customer. I have been shopping here for four years, I always buy something, and I have brought more customers to the store, yet all I receive in return is a glare and extremely rude behavior. Other customers I know who frequent the store have said the same thing about this woman. The only reason I return to the store is in hopes someone else is working. Even still, I don't know if I can shop here anymore because I cannot enjoy my shopping experience as this woman always ruins it for me.

Fashion in Willimantic?! It's true! Bliss is a fun store full of amazing fashion finds at great prices. Most of the clothing is gently-used brand name (and even designer) pieces with stylish flare. There's something for everyone at Bliss. Don't miss the jewelry for unique one of a kind finds. Prices are very reasonable. Bliss does an awesome job with social media and they ship all over the country, so you don't have to be in Willimantic to get a great deal. Owner Kim Cash has totally rocked it! Bliss is a "don't miss" whenever you're in town. I adore my epically gorgeous Stuart Weitzman loafers from Bliss.

I always find the coolest most classics pieces when I come here. They always have decent sales and eclectic footwear and costume jewelry. Consistently rotating inventory with everything from vinyl, tapes, artwork, plants and shoes! I love shopping here to support local business. Just don't come in with a coffee in your hand as food and drink are not allowed, rightfully so! They do occasional sidewalk sales with snacks and music and it's always a good time. Stop in, you won't leave empty handed. There's something for everyone and the women working there are kind and knowledge about what they sell.

An absolute treasure trove of second hand items in wonderful condition. Especially love the variety of different styles of clothing and accessories you can find. From hand made goods to high end designer goods you can find something that's up your alley.The folks at Bliss are always wonderful and helpful. Every time I go it's like seeing an old friend with regard to their vibes.
