The practice I am affiliated with has been doing business with Young Pharmaceuticals for over 15 years. We initially purchased all our products under the Young labeling, but as the years progressed, we were told in no uncertain terms that we had to private label to be able to continue purchasing products. This of course was not for free, and then the amounts needed for purchase increased. Now lets fast forward, Covid-19, our practice was closed for quite a while, and then we reopened. Needless to say we called our rep who informed us that not only did we no longer qualify as a practice that could purchase, but that if we did want to purchase we would have to put down an exorbitant amount of money, $25,000. This is so insulting and inappropriate. When Young had no one interested we were loyal, yet their owner knows nothing of loyalty. Well, there are many other companies out there with quality products and knowledge of how to treat their customers. I would heavily advise any practice to not do business with this company, as they are not interested in creating relationships, just in getting your money!!!
