Went into Silas Deane Pawn to inquire about a preowned Apple I watch. I didn’t want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a brand new Apple Watch in case I didn’t like the feel of it on my wrist. I went into the store with a couple of items to trade as well. I asked many questions about the model of the watch, wrist bands, etc. The staff was incredibly informative and really helped me out not only with some trades but also with all the questions I had about the I watch. They assured me I could bring the watch back within a month or so if it stopped working or had any problems. I forget the kind man’s name that helped me but he was excellent and very helpful. Thank you, SDP for assisting me with professionalism and understanding. I love this watch, and the band!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello I just recently purchased a beautiful vintage Epiphone Les Paul cherry sunburst with case and I was treated extremely well! I had voiced that I was a little paranoid about damage to the guitar and it was packaged with extreme care, and I appreciate that! The guitar was sent to me with what I say is quantum leap fast shipping! Excellent communication- Tim has been a delight over there and he slam dunk made the sale! Five star service here! Really unfriendly, every other silas deane pawn in the state I've been to is great and maybe it's just me but they just aren't cool in there.. make the 10min trip to the cromwell one instead
