The instructors at Personal Euphoria are excellent. I take Pilates with Maggie, Strength classes with Ashley and a Barr class with Janice. I've been taking classes for over 6 years at their Glastonbury Park and Rec.location and it never gets boring. They vary their routines daily, give meaningful prompts regarding proper form and they suggest several options for each exercise based on your skill level and/or how you are feeling that day. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love mat Pilates with Maggie and in the past with Jeannine! I did try a core strength class last Friday (as a makeup and just to try it out). This class was challenging for me! I appreciated Maggie even more for her emphasis on form and modifications as that helped me with this class. I am trying it again today for my other non-snow day makeup and hoping for a better experience. So glad Personal Euphoria has classes in Glastonbury that are fun and affordable.

I think that Personal Euphoria is excellent as it offers so many choices when it comes to classes, and the content is always well organized, varied and interesting. Maggie and her staff are great at giving individualized options for movement for various levels within the group. The principles they teach are key to staying healthy and preventing muscle atrophy!

I have taken several classes taught by Personal Euphoria instructors through the Glastonbury Parks and Rec and have loved them all! The instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable and they give modifications to all the moves so that each class is appropriate for any fitness level. If you are looking to gain strength, flexibility and have fun doing it, these classes are a must!

The Pilates Mat class, conducted by Maggie, is outstanding. The movements and position changes flow from one to another, the pacing is easily managed, and all muscle groups are addressed in this one hour class. The instruction always includes demonstration, suggestions for alternative movements, AND an explanation of which muscles are targeted along with a dose of humor and encouragement. At the end of class my body is happy that it has worked gently and my mind is relaxed and clear!

Highly recommend taking Maggie’s Pilates class! She accommodates all fitness levels and makes the experience fun. You’ll feel amazing afterwards!

I have been working out with Maggie for 4+ years and I am so grateful I found her! I started at a basic pilates mat class locally. I then started working out with Maggie privately in her studio with her reformer and other equipment. Maggie makes every workout different and interesting. In the winter we have added on jump board and one time she even did an entire workout on the pilates chair. She is also very in tune with my body and my goals and cares very much about building towards them. I love her enthusiasm and energy. I feel an inch taller every time I leave a workout with Maggie.
