I will never go there again! Nowhere is it posted in the store ,at the register or on the receipt that an air conditioner cannot be returned if it is not working properly . Only an exchange. Buyer beware!

Today was very unpleasant, a box was very disrespectful to me and my wife, he took the product that we did not want and threw it in a very bad way into the cart, when I gave him the membership card he refused to scan it. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was, she did not want to identify herself nor did she have a name. When Tisha came and said she was the manager, far from excusing the cashier, he defended her. It is a shame in so many years that I have never been a customer. this had happened

Large Ocean State store. Things are so packed into the store, it is difficult to find items you want.

This place, as far as any other Ocean State as well, has declined with tremendous swiftness and glorious disregard for its customer service practices across the board! As far as the selection of products, I do have to protest that if they send me emails advertising an item in the store, they ought to have the item in stock before enticing me to come and buy it. I feel that they know the value of products they sell are just as equitable to high-priced garbage, as they are to actual necessity in one's life. On this particular occasion, we attempted to purchase the item twice, only to be told it never came into the store. As weeks went by, we called regularly, yet the staff was unable to get away from playing on their phones, always stating, "you'd have to come in and see," or "I don't know what you're talking about." When we went to the store. The staff would point into the air, stating: "everything is in that department over there," not even bothering to put their phones down to come and help, all while standing around the customer Service desk gabbing away while doing absolutely no work! Meanwhile food is expired, shelves are in utter dissaray, and products scattered about on the floor everywhere. This is understandable, as when I asked for a manager, was told "there is no manager today." Finally, yesterday we explained that on visit #1 the manager informed us that when the products did come in, he would honor the sale price as advertised. However, when we were there yesterday explaining this, the cashier called the, "person in charge" whom immediately cane over barking at us. "WHATS YOUR PROBLEM?" I think his attitude was absurd and exactly the attitude that Ocean state exudes in every aspect of its existence. 1 POOR SERVICE, 2 LACKNOF ADVERTISED SELECTION. AND 3 A TERRIBLE VALUE THAT IS BACKED BY ENTITLEMENT AND POOR ATTITUDE. Also when I posted a review, they deleted it because it was negative.
