I don't normally leave negative reviews but my experience at this location hasn't been the best. I had an appointment and was randomly canceled without informing me. I also came in and was told I needed to speak with a bank representative. they took down my information, as week later no one called me. I am currently at the location. I have been waiting for 20 minutes and no one has approached me asking if they can help me. Erika from Merrill Lynch is an amazing financial advisor and has been great working with her.

Had to come to the bank to review some of my accounts. Had the pleasure of working with Erika, a relationship manager. Quick and easy without an apt, which I appreciate. The building can be access from the Main Street and parking in the back a few minutes from the highway. Heard that some of the bankers are bilingual which is great for the population around the area.

Friendly staff and good customer service. They are following the guidelines considering the pandemic. To meet with a representative, appointments are recommended just to avoid the wait.Very courteous staff and the manager is very customer focus and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer service is the worse! One rep busy with customers & the other rep behind a desk doing paper work. I sat there for 10 minutes and neither one acknowledged me. At least stop what they are doing for 30 seconds & say we will be with u soon. Especially the lady playing with papers on her desk. I left & went over to Glastonbury where they welcome you as you come in & and let a rep at a desk know someone is waiting. Never again Wethersfield. Cannot waste my time or patience there
