First time visit. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable manicure and pedicure appointment. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.I received a manicure and pedicure from Romania and was very impressed with her attention to detail and care. She was even so kind to assist with my ingrown toenails.During my appointment there seemed to be regulars who enjoyed the same calming atmosphere and authentic customer service. They even go the extra mile to assist with pulling and pushing chairs in for the client.I didn't feel rushed and it was a great value for my money and time spent.One of the owners is an incredible artist and has his work hanging for sale, really pleasing to see the detailed landscapes.Some things I was not used to:They don't use the cheese grater when removing calluses from feet, which is probably safer.They don't have a line of spa pedicure options with a variety of scents, just one standard.They do not accept walk-ins, which is really serving to the customers who make appointments so they are not rushed or left waiting.The place was clean and I was not at all concerned with any risks. I've been used to liners on the foot tubs and gloves being used though but none of those extra precautions are taken.I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

This was our first time there, my 7 year old daughter & I went for manicures, and they were fantastic. Super friendly- we were welcomed right at the door, the staff and the other patrons were chatty with my daughter. Clearly some of the other patrons were regulars and the staff called them by name. And our manicures are beautiful. We will absolutely be going again.

We've been customers at Iris for years! They are so consistently good that others could really learn from them. Miss Kellie is always around and keeps the team moving. They never dawdle but they also never make you feel like you're being rushed. The salon is always spotlessly clean. It almost never smells like polish. If I could just relax when people were touching my feet, it would be a perfect experience but that's on me!

I've tried several different nail salons in Wethersfield and I really like Iris Nails the best! They were so clean, professional, and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Loveeeeee this place! They really get to know their customers on a personal level and are always so friendly and inviting. Everyone I bring here, always returns! The pedicures are never rushed and leave you feeling amazing. I never plan on going anywhere else for my pedicures!

I came in to have my acrylic nails removed and they denied my service. The shop was empty. I was the only one. Told me to leave. So as I’m walking to my car a white lady asking me are they open. I said yeah u can try them cz they won’t do my nails. She said I hope their taking Walk ins. And who would’ve thought !!! She got serviced. don’t want to think I got denied because I’m black but there’s no other reason.

Very nice and understanding. I accidentally made an appt for the incorrect type of manicure for my nieces. Both techs offered to redo them with the gel manicure that they wanted without an extra charge. The salon was very clean and still maintained some COVID precautions which as I nurse I appreciate.Service: Gel manicures

Kelly and her staff are always pleasant, professional. The salon is clean and I see them disinfecting always. Highly recommend this salon! Great massages as well.
