“I’ve had insurance with Brian Busam going back 20+ years. Originally it was a multi-car policy along with homeowners. Well, seven years ago I sold my house and began renting. I also went from a multi-car to a single-car policy. Clearly I wasn’t spending as much with this lowering of my insurance needs. Made a reservation online to renew my driver's license (super simple, plenty of available dates/times), showed up 20 minutes early and was greeted by Patrick who very polite and welcoming.
