I've been here a few times and the people are always nice and knowledgeable. Only 3 stars because although I booked the appointment online hours earlier and provided all required information, I still had to wait almost an hour after arriving and checking in to be seen.

The reception, a patient’s first impression, is the one who sets the tone for the environment. Your front desk staff was not welcoming or empathetic. First impressions are important, especially in an Urgent Care setting.

I was sick and had to call out of work. I came in to get checked out. Staff was extremely rude from the beginning. I needed to have a sick form filled out by the doctor and returned to my job, and the first thing that comes out of the reception mouth is "we can't do that it's against company policy" I'm like what you mean I've been to other urgent care when I was sick and never had an issue with the doctor filling out the sick form as it's a requirement for me to return to work. Mind you I work for the city of new york so when you go to the urgent care in new york the staff already has the form there printed so when a new york city employee comes in and needs the form filled out then the doctor fills it out and returns it to work. Given the fact that I live in Connecticut the urgent care does not have that form printed so either I bring a copy or ask the receptionist if i can email it and they can print it. The reception stated "I don't know what to tell you I can't help you" I left unsatisfied and went to the urgent care in Newington where the reception and doctor was helpful and told me what's wrong with me and filled out the sick form so I can return it to work.

Great urgent care facility. You can check in online, the facility is very modern, and the Doctor/Nurse Practitioners are very helpful. Worth a visit if you need them.

Very good and very excellent service from the moment I walked in till I was see by the doctor. I really give 10 stars and beyond for the very best service and medical care that can be found right here in Urgent Care Hartford Health Care Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield. The very best front reception desk is very helpful and very knowledgeable and very friendly and very outstanding. The Doctors and. Nurses are very Excellent and really do a very thorough and outstanding job

No one acknowledged me when I walked in waited about a hour before anyone even said anything to me and what was said to me was go wait in ur car. Staff is unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Need to do better

Have a hacking cough. Easy to make online appointment. Treated on time. Everything was explained to my understanding. Treatments were explained and prescriptions were sent in the pharmacy. Everything wEnt smoothly.

I have gone here a few times now. And really the experience is the same. The "doctor" literally sits in his chair all day on his phone. His so called "assistants" are young and unprofessional. They're more concerned over their looks rather than helping patients. I literally waited over 20 minutes for test results that I heard them talking about. The assistant was talking on the phone to her boyfriend. While the doctor literally was twirling his thumbs. I will not be back. And I advise others not to as well. Very unprofessional!

One star is for the receptionist. My doctor came in and it was obvious he wanted to be anywhere but work. I fell a few days ago and I think in 1/2 minute he said he couldn't help but all he could do was refer me to physical therapy. I'm not sure but he may have yawned. Terrible bedside manner. Wish I never went, the healthcare system is awful.. The doctor maybe should polish up on his bedside manner and/or get some get more sleep at night. An X-Ray may have been taken to see what was going on since I was in pain. I saw them Xray the patient before me. I actually called and asked if they had an X-Ray machine. They said yes.I will not be coming here again.Will not be coming here in the future.

No one should ever go here. These people do not care one bit for your health but just your money. I called back after getting care there for an ear infection and all they provided was ear drops. I then called the next day after complaining that now I can not hear from my left ear and needed antibiotics.So, the Doctor said No, and If I am in excruciating pain that I should go to the ER. I then explained that I’ve been out of work for 2 months already do to an accident, and I can not continue to pay for co-pays and bill. So, they said, “Oh well. Go to the ER..Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Take your chance. But, I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated better.
