“Top notch customer service. They always come for a fill-up 1-2 days after you call, and always have accommodated us if there's an emergency. We have misread our oil quantity at times and they've been helpful to come out same day, even if it was our mistake. We have had emergencies where we didn't have heat in the middle of winter and they've come right out - even on a holiday! We don't use anyone else!!”

“I was caught in a pinch after a minor accident. They helped me get back on the road so I could drive to my home body shop. The guy who helped me was very professional and kind. I would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and courtesy even if you just walked off the street.”

“I went here for gasoline today. I paid at the pump and the receipt tape printed well, which is nice. This filling station is conveniently located to quickly get off and on I-91. There are a lot of pumps so that helps in getting in and out quickly. The prices aren't too bad considering it is a top tier fuel like Mobil as well as it's proximity to the highway.I can not comment in regards to the staff inside the store due to paying at the pump. I did see they have an air pump here, which could come in handy.”

“This station is very clean. The gas prices are competitive for the Berlin Tpke. They're on the south side so I often fill up here on the way home. The liquid for washing the windshield always seems fresh and the squeegee doesn't streak. I use the Mobil app and it always works well (unlike some other stations).”

“This is a clean and well-maintained gas station with newly installed pumps and some of the best gas prices on Silas Deane Highway, though they do differentiate between cash and credit.The parking lot seems a little smaller than some stations, so getting in can be a bit of a challenge if there are lots of cars filling up. There are two rows of pumps for a total of four pumps and spots for cars to fill, but the row closest to the building is extremely tight.The store is a typical gas station/convenience store with the basics that one would want while on the road.”

“This Sunoco is priced a little high, compared to the Mobil across the street and the other Sunoco that is a few miles south of here (in Newington). The staff at this location is friendly. I get in and out quickly when I'm travelling north bound on the Berlin Turnpike. There is a small store with some basics that someone may want during a road trip.”

“I have to say I very much like this location. The employees are fairly consistent and friendly. I'm in there all the time getting coffee and I'm usually greeted. I can't speak about the food but the rest is clean.”

“Cross Auto is one of those old fashioned service stations that still gives service ! Imagine that! We recently had a tropical storm pass through that had 80mph winds and caused widespread power outages.Cross was one of the few service stations locally still operating. The storm caught us unprepared. I was able to go there and fill my gas cans for my generator. I was out of propane for the grill and they filled my tank. We had no power for 3 days. Cross was our savior. You can also get oil changes and repairs done there. You can even get free air for your tires. This is a business that deserves our support.”
