Pharmacy is extremely rude. Woman talked over my questions, had a terrible attitude and then without warning put me on hold and never came back. Don't waste your time here.

Just look at these reviews and ratings. They are sorry saps who can't get their job done. Its been FIVE days without my blood pressure medication because they don't listen to what needs to be done and follow thru. FIVE days! They don't even comprehend the importance of high blood pressure. Where's management? Not there when I call. They are failures.I'm thinking big fat LAW SUIT.

Completely related to the pharmacy counter itself. They are pretty cold/rude and despite there always being 75 people working there is always a line and long wait

I have been coming to this pharmacy for more than 10 years. And shame on me. It has never been great, but literally gets worse with each experience. Today I had a prescription called in around 11am. Received confirmation from CVS that they received it at 11:14am. At 5:30pm, I assumed I must have missed the notification that it was ready (again, that's my bad). I waited in line at the drive through for 30 minutes (bc I'm sick- hence the prescription). Only to be told it's not ready and will be 20-30 minutes. No apologies- just "oh there were probably 400 prescriptions ahead of yours". The moment I arrived home, I got the text that it's ready now. Seriously? They couldn't have said "pull aside and we will bring it right out"? Very frustrating.

Horrible the last two times. I am all done with this location. The woman who is usually at the front is extremely rude and pushes everyone to use the self check out. When you do so, there are always problems-todays problem was no ink to print your reciept and i heard her play dumb with the next customer when she was told AGAIN that the receipt printed blank. She never helps. Another customer asked her where something was...when she could just walk the customer to her location, she explained it in a horrible and confusing way.

This is the worst pharmacy to have your prescriptions filled. The staff at the front desk in the pharmacy section is useless, rude, and do not care about us the customers.

It’s a Pharmacy these new hours are very inconvenient! The latest it should open is 5am people are sick 24 hrS 7 days a week! Some of us have to be at work way before 7am! Should definitely reconsider your new hours. Only pharmacy on Silans dean that was open 24 hrs. Not happy with the changes!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, bar none. The pharmacy techs were unbelievably rude and made me wait 4+ hours to get my prescription. I called them for verification and they put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. Just awful and if I could give them a worse review, I would.

Had the nicest experience with one of the clerks. I asked about a product. She came out from her register (there was another active register) and went back to where we had been looking. She couldn't find it either, which had said, but wanted to make sure before we left. I felt like such a valued customer. My wife had the same reaction. Both very appreciative of her effort.

Nice CVS location. Recently renovated, 24 hours (non-pharmacy), and well-stocked with standard items.
