Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. “Move over L.L Bean. This is truly an exceptional customer services. I purchased a winter coat last year, and it had several mechanical issues with the zipper. I brought it back to the closet store of my residence this year to see what the store can offer me. To my surprise, the store staff offered me an even exchange for another similar coat while I was in the store, so it wouldn't leave me coatless during the winter. After making me the offer, the staff worked with me diligently to locate another coat in my size, and color which is not a walk in the park. That's an outstanding way of taking care of your customers, and stand behind your products. I'm glad I didn't make a purchase at L.L. Bean for my current winter coat!”

“Hope & Stetson is lovely little, family owned boutique in West Hartford Center. There are quality items here for women, babies and some small items for the home. I've seen some casual summer dresses, jeans and sweaters for women, as well as some pretty jewels and other accessories. The best part of this store is how appropriately priced the items are. They also have small sale section. Right when you walk into the store, you'll see the words "happy place" on the ground. I absolutely love this detail. The staff who work here are always ready to help find you the right size and guide you to find what you might be looking for. There is no pushiness to make a purchase. The baby section is adorable for a special gift for someone, but some of those items are a bit costly. I love stopping by this store. It's beautifully set up, organized and easy to navigate. They have fitting rooms and a welcoming, friendly staff. Hope & Stetson is a family owned boutique I love to support.”

“My family and I walked into the Portrait area without an appointment (we didn’t realize we needed one), Malakai was very generous and squeezed us in before the next appointment which was in about 30 minutes. We only wanted to take a few photos and he was a great help getting my infant brother to smile in the photos! The next appointment never ended up showing, and Cristian was a big help during checkout as well. We were looking for a place to take our family photos last minute and these boys didn’t disappoint. Very grateful and very satisfied with our experience! Malakai and Cristian seem to enjoy their job, which made our experience that much better.”

“Bob's stores is a good store. They have a great variety and selection to choose from. Their prices are reasonable. I purchased some fantastic items from here over the years. The staff here is friendly and easy to deal with. I like to ho here for Chippewa Work Boots. They have many, many options when it comes to footwear...There is plenty of parking here and it is easy to find a good spot. I prefer this location over Middletown because of the difference in the ease of parking combined with the close proximity to my house.Either store you choose; you can't go wrong...During my last visit at the Newington location, I noticed they had a sign saying they are here to stay! Good new...”

“I spent all day at two different malls looking for the perfect shoes and couldn’t find anything anywhere. I came across this store out of pure luck browsing online as the event we are planning is literally a week away. The owner didn’t hesitate to open despite not being work hours and received us being so compassionate and patient. She is amiable and made us feel so welcome. She has so many varieties and amazing prices. If you bring your child here trust me she’ll make sure to make her feel like a princess. Forever grateful.”

“I think the brand has grown mor einclusive of American sizing, and the agism while still directed at teens and young adults, does carry articles that a fully fledged adult can wear, harkening back to its origins as an outfitter for outdoorsmen like Hemingway. I just got some Woolrich Hikers on there, great and very comfortable carpenter's pants, as well as various jeans, and I'm in my med fifties. Add great athletic socks, love the underwear and all because they get the softest and most enduring cottons. The T-Shirts are a tad juvenile, but even some of these are not a bad fit for a grown up. I got two polo style tops, solid amazing colors and construction. And don't have the Logo plastered all over it. I've been getting the bulk of my wardrobe from them thanks to solid construction, all around fit, stylish, and amazing colors and dyes. I sleep in the sweats and oversized herring bone tees. I'm snug for the winter with their jackets too.”

“My husband and I stopped in while our running errands this past long weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but we were able to find so many great items for both my husband and our 3 year old son. I was elated to find several matching shirts for them to wear over the summer, which I look forward to seeing them in together. Prices were great and having the teacher discount on top of it was excellent. When we went up to the register, the young lady behind the counter (Lauren A) was patient as we troubleshooted which email my J.Crew account was linked to. We ended up sharing some small talk about my husband and I being educators and she was very sweet in engaging about our jobs, summer break, and which grade levels we worked with. She was so positive and genuinely happy/helpful. This wasn't exclusive just to us either. We overheard similar interactions with her and other customers in line before we approached. She was just a kind person, who seemed dedicated to her job. We will definitely return!”

“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied... The attendants are pleasant and service overall is wonderful. Accessible parking for the handicapped and others . I know Walmart is nearby but stop in the Children’s Place and check out their items .”
