I am very relieved to have found Beaver Brook-The staff is wonderful! Because my Himalayan was so comfortable with them, I asked if they could attempt grooming him avoiding sedation, and they were able to! He was not at all anxious during both visits & we both had a great experience! ?

Our dogs Boba and Juniper go to this clinic. One is very reactive and has fear aggression, while the other is as sweet as they come. They can meet both dog's needs and give them their annual checkups. Thankfully, we haven't had too many urgent matters, aside from an ear infection this year, and we were able to get in within two days to get June's ear meds. They offer sedated exams if your dogs can't handle the vet, too, so there are options! Also are quick to refill Boba's meds to keep him on track. Many thanks to the team for helping out during these stressful visits!

not sure why a dying dog isn't first priority. The dog ended up having a seizure and dying because this place didn't have any space until 3:30 pm, when the dog was actively dying and in misery. I would consider this an emergency personally, but maybe I'm crazy for not wanting a family pet to suffer for hours on end. Wouldn't recommend this Vet.

An excellent team and a trustworthy vet! They even have a pair of staff dedicated to customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Charles and Rae, who provided thorough and comprehensive assistance during a stressful time. This is a place where you can be confident that your pet is in good hands and I plan to make this my furrever vet for my rescue Miko.

The staff at Beaver Brook went above and beyond for the care of our dog- during her life and after. They were so incredibly kind and gentle with all of our needs and made such a difficult time more comforting all while providing the best care for not only her, but all of us . We are forever thankful to everyone who works there.

Sam was reluctant to go in after a traumatic visit to an urgent care vet on the weekend. The staff fussed over Sam and by the end of the visit he was calm. Dr. Asher decreased the antibiotics to his appropriate weight and added a steroid cream and pain/anxiety med. He also doubts the existence of any murmur which I had been led to believe was significant.

I had to take my cat here for an urgent visit today. The person on the phone, the receptionist when I got there, and the vet tech were all very nice and calming while I was anxious about my pet's health/safety. The estimate they gave me was less than I thought it was going to be, and the receptionist even helped me figure out Care Credit while I was waiting to check out. I am grateful for this clinic and the staff who work there. Thank you!!

I've been going to Beaver Brook for over a decade and whenever I have a concern, they're the people I trust to do it right. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff who always immediately put me at ease when I take my kitty there. They're skillful handling my anxious animal and explain things well to his anxious dad. Shout out to Rae for being flexible and compassionate.

I recently had the pleasure of seeking veterinary assistance for our newly adopted kitten at the Fox Memorial Clinic in Newington, CT. While they were unable to accommodate new patients, they went above and beyond to assist us by texting several links to partners who could help with our pet's care. It was through one of these links that we discovered the Connecticut Veterinary Medical Foundation (CVMF) program, which offers $125 vouchers to alleviate the financial burden of veterinary expenses.
I must commend the Fox Memorial Clinic for their dedication to connecting pet owners with valuable resources that can help ease the financial strain of veterinary care. Their proactive approach played a crucial role in helping us find the CVMF program, which ultimately provided us with a voucher that significantly assisted with our veterinary expenses.
In our search for a veterinary office that accepted the CVMF voucher, Beaver Brook Animal Hospital in Wethersfield stood out for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we called, Jazz greeted us with a warm and friendly manner, making us feel valued as customers. She promptly scheduled us for an appointment the very next day and provided clear instructions on what to expect.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Rae, who assured us that she would attend to us shortly. The office was impeccably clean, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience exceptional. We were impressed when Rae used pheromones to keep our kitten calm during the visit, showing their attention to the comfort of our pet.
The staff, vet technicians, and Dr. Asher were all highly knowledgeable and informative. They provided empathetic care for our kitten and took the time to explain all the available options for services, as well as breaking down the costs. They prioritized our budget while ensuring that our pet received the necessary care.
We are immensely grateful to everyone at Beaver Brook Animal Hospital for the exceptional experience we had. Thank you for your excellent service and for going above and beyond to provide compassionate care for Cooper.

If your looking for a vet clinic to take your dog or cat to this is the place to go the staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and know what they are doing ? ? when I got my dog Joey during covid and other vets were not taking patients beaver brook steeped in and I am forever grateful ?
